My original stay at the hotel was part of the ending stretch of a tour group. As I was staying for an extra couple of days after the tour, I decided to extend my stay at the hotel. While this hotel was located further from the main square than what I would've liked (50dh and about 10-15 mins away), I did appreciate that it was located in a quieter area of town, and only a short distance to a shopping mall. The rooms were clean and bathrooms were good as well. The free breakfast (a variety of breads, buns, pastries, eggs, assisted vegetables, coffee, tea, juice) was more than enough for me to start off the day.

Some rooms are better than others - we got moved from a smaller front room, where traffic noise was a problem, to a bigger side room, that was much more comfortable. Great place for tour trips to start and end, with good priced cafe attached. Nice pool for cooling off in. A little way out of the main sites but on main bus route to get you there.

Overall the hotel is a decent value (I paid ~US$30/night). Rooms are sizable and feature comfortable beds, modern A/C that works very well, and the cable package even has a few channels in almost all major languages (Arabic, French, English, German, Spanish). The pool is pleasantly cool and refreshing and there are plenty of small shops, cafes, restaurants, a mall, and even a cozy wine bar nearby. Only downsides are that the hotel is quite dated and dark and not climatized, so most common areas are like the lobby and breakfast area are quite warm. The breakfast is also somewhat disappointing (no fruit, no cereal of any kind), but coffee wasn't bad.

Mixed bag

This hotel is not in the main tourist area of Marrakesh, but in the French quarter. It's a big hotel but out first room had issues (broken wifi, blown lights and an aircon that spat ice) before we were moved. We moved into a much nicer room with aircon and a living area however there was a lot of street noise in this second room.

High security, free parking, clean and spacious

relatively nice hotel, nice but strict staff following all formalities, only basic breakfast (in typical Morocco style), very high security with cameras everywhere including parking and corridors, easy free parking in the building with elevator coming right to the room-floor. recommended!

I like the location, very close to most attractions and public transportation. The room was clean but i had to lock my suit cases as i suspected a missing item, a little cosmatic gift I purchased and packed it at night and when i returned the next day i checked my stuff but I could not find it.I have reported to the hotel but they blamed it on me. i didn't want to ruin my trip so i bought a lock and locked my suit cases. The breakfast was good but no variety. What i really liked was the location and the room size, and the beds were comfy.

Interesting hotel!

Underground Garage a PLUS

The best part of the stay was the underground parking garage. We rented a car and wanted to make sure it was safe and this gave us that extra security and peace of mind. Also, service was good. Our flight got delayed an hour and we didn’t get to check in until about 1:30 am! The door man was helpful and in good spirits. Hotel is not luxurious but for a couple hours of sleep or just a night of sleep it is sufficient.
