Lovely big room but what makes it a special place to stay are the staff. The kids club team are amazing and the restaurant and bar staff are so friendly. This is a fantastic hotel for a family holiday. We went with our 3 year old, and there was plenty to do in the daytime and entertainment in the evening. The swimming pool has a great shallow / paddling section, and the splash pool with little slides is great. The kids club is quite well equipped, and the playground and trampoline were a really great addition too. The staff were all super friendly, probably the best I’ve ever encountered in a hotel anywhere!. The buffets were good - I really enjoyed some of the Moroccan dishes, and of course there were also the general hotel buffet dishes, so there is something for everyone. The drinks were fine- the wine was quite nice and the piña coladas were very tasty! There were lots of families with children there - ranging from babies to older children, all having a lovely time, so it’s really ideal if you have a family. The evening entertainment included dancing for the children for half an hour before the main entertainment. But there were also plenty of couples /groups of friends too, so I would say the hotel suits everyone.

Clean comfortable hotel

Great hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good food. Only complaint is the music is very loud by the pool although it did seem quieter on our last day.

Lovely hotel- nice food but we only had a very short stay. Clean, spacious rooms with warm showers. Staff very friendly and accommodating for our young baby. Only small negative - Children’s pool not warm for this time of year but other than that we had a lovely stay!

Staff were respectful and very helpful. There was an activity planned for every day. The food was really good. Absolutely try the mint tea. Very clean and go exploring the property - they have some really quiet and secluded spots. Definitely highly recommended.

There was a slight mixup with the room I reserved vs the room the hotel initially placed me in. With provision of visual evidence of the room I had reserved through Expedia, the mix up was handled.

Overall experience was amazing! Only problem we had were the mosquitos as my little one was covered in mosquito bites. Other than that everything else was perfect! The staff are so friendly and helpful, food and atmosphere were pretty decent too. The hourly shuttle service to the main centre was also a bonus. I would definitely go back again minus the mosquito problem.
