House Nest on the Lake is overlooking the shore of Lake Iseo in the historic center of the small village of Vello Fraction of Marone, directly across the street pedestrian cycle that winds along the lake for about 5 km enjoying excellent landscape characterized by ' underlying water on one side and the other from the rocky walls.
This stretch of the lake is ideal for surfers as it is attended by the wind. 5-10 minute walk to get to the center where there are two quaint restaurants with specialty fish from the lake. The dock allows the docking of the boat that goes back and forth between the fleece and Mount Island, which is a natural beauty and historical interest with remarkable medieval ruins and buildings dating back to the republic of Venice. Besides Mount Island can be seen the two small islands of St. Paul Island and Loreto both private properties.
The apartment is on the first floor of a newly built residence, the environment pleasant in summer and warm in winter, with private garden and slide for the boat.

Colorful, comfortable, bright and spacious (70 sq m) the apartment has an open plan living room with sofa bed and TV. The balcony, which overlooks the lake is furnished with lounge chairs. In the living area there is a toilet with shower, sink and bidet. Last room, the loft with spacious bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a single bed and a wardrobe. The apartment is all in beams, the loft is reached by a beautiful wooden staircase, also it has a romantic working fireplace with firewood provided.

Kleine gemütliche Wohnung mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf den See.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Einige Wanderungen konnten direkt vor Ort begonnen werden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Nachbarort die Straße runter (2km). Sowohl die Kommunikation mit Agentur, als auch die Abwicklung des Check-in-Vorgangs liefen Reibungslos und unkompliziert, die Ansprechperson sprach einwandfreies Deutsch. Lediglich die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas umfänglicher sein (z.B. Mikrowelle, Beleuchtung der Küchenzeile). Zu beachten sei, dass es in Vello so gut wie keine kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten gibt und selbst der private Parkplatz mit 8€/Tag nicht viel günstiger ist. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder, das nächste Mal möchten wir auch die Möglichkeiten, die uns das Apartment im Sommer bieten kann, ausprobieren.

Perfekte Lage am Iseo See

Die Wohnung ist Teil einer kleinen, privaten Ferienanlage. Sie liegt direkt am See, in der Nähe zwei tolle Restaurants und auch Ausflüge sind von diesem Standort aus perfekt möglich. Der nahe gelegene Garten bietet einen tollen Seezugang, wobei man sich den Garten mit den anderen Parteien teilt. Mit 4 Personen ist die Wohnung von der Einrichtung und Größe her allerdings dicht am Limit.

Ein Nest, das in die Jahre gekommen ist!

Pro: Gute Lage, direkt am See, sehr nette italienische Nachbarn, wunderbarer See und sehr schöne Landschaft, nicht über laufen. Nadja als Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit und nett, Marianna kam unaufgefordert 2x innerhalb 3 Wochen, um kostenfrei die Wohnung zu reinigen! Con: Markise defekt, Küchenausstattung mangelhaft und etwas schmuddlig, Parkplatz Gebühren 8€/d ohne Alternative. Vello selbst bietet praktisch, mit Ausnahme von 2 hervorragenden Restaurants, gehobener Preiskategorie, keine weitere Infrastruktur. Fazit: Im Prinzip sehr schönes Feriendomizil, aber für diesen Preis kann man mehr erwarten, dennoch haben wir die Zeit Vorort sehr genossen!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung hat uns mit zwei Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern gut gefallen. Der Zugang zum See ist wirklich toll, man konnte am Morgen vor dem Frühstück kurz im See schwimmen. Toll! Die Kinder haben oben geschlafen, wir schliefen auf dem Schlafsofa, dieses ist mäßig bequem. Kleine Küche, die Messer fehlten, wurden aber am gleichen Tag besorgt, nachdem wir dies anmerkten! Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, spricht nur italienisch. Es gab eine Bekannte, deren Nummer wir bekamen, die englisch und deutsch sprach. Beide waren sehr freundlich und bemüht, dass wir uns wohl fühlten. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub, wir waren zufrieden.
