The Wi-Fi access points did not work at all in our room on the 2nd floor throughout our stay. Staff informed us that this could not be remedied because it was an extended weekend... this was a major annoyance. The area is nice and conveniently situated, though there were lots of roadworks in the area at the time of our stay. Staff were friendly and positive.

Réception et porte d'entrée fermée de 12h à 14h, du jamais vu. Chambre exiguë, à rénover totalement, circulation difficile . Aucune insonorisation, on entend tout des chambres voisines, Lumières de la rue éclairant la chambre. Premier jour petit déjeuner chaotique, restaurant fermé, personnel absent. Une cliente appellera un numero. Apres 8h ,situation ubuesque, pas de vaisselle, machine à café HS, quelqu'un va chercher le pain...sous le regard médusé des clients ... La réceptionniste désolée, s`excusera elle, et proposera un geste commercial.
