Bad stay at Greenpark

My stay at Greenpark apartments was bad, the rooms were so dirty and have a wet and slippery floor. The air conditioning is additional fees! And only available in the living room, the sleeping room doesn't have AC, so we had to sleep in the living room. The price was expensive to the value that we got. I really don't recommend it for any person!

The floor wasn't very clean. There was a lack of kitchen utencils. The electric stove didn't work good. We coudn't boil eggs. The service was friendly enough. It can be bearable for one night.

Otele vardığımızda odaya yönlendirildik. Oda resimdekilerden çok farklıydı. Çatı katında çok küçük ve pisti. Kokuyordu. Dökülen tavanı vardı. Orada kalmak istemedik. Odanın değişimini yada para iadesini talep ettik. Kabul edilmedi. Bizimle alay edildi. Hotels.com u aramamız istendi. Aradık ve müşteri temsilcisine de iade konusunda otel inat etti. Müşteri temsilcisi bizi haklı görerek bir sonraki konaklama için tam iade olarak indirim kuponu sağladı. Ardından paramızı iade etmeyen otel, itibarı düşmesin diye bizi arayıp şikayetimizi geri almamız karşılığında paramızın bir kısmını iade etmeyi teklif etti. Hotels.com mağduriyetimizi tam olarak giderdiğinden dolayı ve otelin tavrını sevmediğimden ötürü şikayetimizi çekmeyerek tekliflerini reddettik. Green park çok kötü bir otel. Yaşasın hotels.com
