The property is very good for value. The pool is close to the apartments and also they have got a water slide; kids enjoyed a lot in the heated pool and water slide. Apartments have all the basic amenities and the kitchen has got all utensils required for cooking. Unlike 5 star resorts , where you have to walk a lot to get from one area to another; everything is very nearby.The staff have been very helpful as well.Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Grand Aquarium!!! The only downside is that it’s not in the main town area rather a bit interior into the village area but all the places are accessible either with public transport / taxi / we hired 3 wheeler electric bike !

Hotel charges for the air conditioner an extra. Despite of accepting to pay the extra amount, they switched off the air conditioner in our room in the middle of the night and I had to go down to front desk, spend half an hour to fix this issue. There are no elevators and you need to carry your luggage all the way up to higher floors.

Odaların renoveye ihtiyacı var. Herşey çok eski ve pis. Ama bunlar bir şey değil. Daha önemlisi, böyle bir tatil otelinde, temmuz sıcağında klimanın ücretli olması şok etkisi yarattı. Salgını bahane ederek yüzme havuzu açıkken otelin dandik ve tek özelliği olan su kaydırağını kapatmaları da ayrıca komikti. Tüm bunlar cimri ve küçük düşünen isletmeci mantalitesini gösteriyor. Hizmet sektörünü acilen bırakmasını tavsiye ederim.

Excellent except from one thing

The hotel is very good and kids enjoyed swimming in the pool, staff are kind and the evening entertainment is very good, also the view from the rooms was very nice. Only one thing I was upset about: they have an agent who organise local trips, called Jack who is always at the hotel, we booked Jeep safari day trip with him, but my daughter was ill and we could not go, he promised me many times to pay the money back to me, but I never received the money and he stopped replying to my messages, so be careful from him. Every thing else was excellent.

Not so "grand" at all

First, they activate the A/C only few hours a day for free, and they charge you for the rest of you want it on, and the rooms are so old, and there was no A/C in the salon. As for the Swimming pool, it was nice, but they only activate the water slide for one hour a day (30min each time) which was not enough at all for kids to enjoy it, my kids were only able to use it three times because of the line they have to wait to use it during our first experience.
