Hotels üzerinden daha uygun fiyata aldığımız için otel resepsiyonundaki Vildan hanım bize giriş katında manzarasız bir oda verdi. Ayrıca 15 dk başka işlerle uğraşıp uzun yoldan geldiğimizi belirtmemize rağmen odaya almak için bizi bekletti. Beklerken çay kahve içmeyi önermek bir yana dursun, donuk memnuniyetsiz bir hali vardı. Otele gelince odaları küçük ama temiz. Kahvaltı da fena değildi yeterliydi ancak ben güleryüze, misafirperverliğe önem veren biri olduğum için karşılama büyük yere sahip. Devamında aldığım hizmet kötü olmasa da tam bir memnuniyet yaşayamadım.

Odamın ücretsiz olarak upgrade edilmiş olması da bana küvetli odada kalma olanağı sağladı ki oda koşullarım gerçekten harikaydı. Olmasını beklediğim tek şey hamam kullanmak için ihtiyaç duyabileceğim kese/sabun gibi malzemelerin spa girişinde temin edilebiliyor olmasıydı. Otelden genel anlamıyla çok memnun kaldık. Konumu merkezi, azmak kıyısına, çarşıya, denize kolaylıkla ulaşılabiliyor. Havuz temizdi. Odalar ferah, balkon güzel. Hizmetler iyiydi, bir ricada bulununca hemen karşılanıyor. Günün her saati kahve ikramı ve güler yüzlü hizmet hoşunuza gidecektir. Sadece otelin restoran bölümünün geliştirilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum, böylelikle öğlen ve akşam yemekleri de otelde yenebilir. Çünkü Akyaka da iyi yemek yapan bir yer bulmak neredeyse imkansız ve fiyatlar normalin kat kat fazlası.

Otelin önünün halka açık olması dezavantaj. Geceleri gürültü oluyor ve kalabalık eksik olmuyor. Çalışanlar ilgili , servis gayet hızlı ve tatmin edici. Odaların konforu ortalama bi 4 yıldız otel gibi . Temizliği mükemmel değil ama iyi Kahvaltısı güzel ve servis eksiksiz . Havuz başı servisi güzel , şezlonglar daha kaliteli olabilirdi .
