• The nearest paid parking is Institute road car park (Free overnight)
• There is parking on the pavement at the property for two normal sized vehicles
• The nearest supermarket is Sainsbury's local on the high street 1-2 minute walk
Getting Around:
The town is easily reached by car or train and London is only a 45 minute drive away.
Other Things to Note:
The stairs leading to the upper floor are quite steep and do not have a hand rail to hold onto. Please be careful with small children.
You cannot see the river from the house but you can just about see the river from the front terrace and seating area.
Please note, you are welcome to use the wood burner or open fire during your stay with us in the colder months from October to March, please ensure that if you are using the fire you follow the safety instructions, please do not attempt to cook on these fires they are mainly for decorative purposes, as our properties have central heating, and never leave children unattended when the fire is lit.
We don't provide logs, kindling or fire lighters, but you are welcome to bring your own, Sainsbury's in Marlow carry a stock of logs and in Henley Waitrose or Toad Hall Garden Centre have stock in the colder months.
Please note, a refundable cautionary deposit of £1000 is required before your stay starts. If you have booked via Airbnb, you will not be asked to pay a damage deposit.
Please note if you have booked via Hosting Holidays, 50% of your payment will be taken upfront, the other 50% will be collected 5 days before your check in date.
