Climate Control
✦ The home is equipped with a whole-home evaporative cooler (swamp cooler) and fans throughout the property. Please note that the home does not have central air conditioning.
Winter Travel
✦ During the winter months, weather conditions can change quickly. We recommend carrying tire chains and/or driving a 4WD vehicle when snow or icy conditions are possible.
