Worn out squeaky mattress on a cheap metal platform, no box springs. Worst bed ever. Hand soap the size of a silver dollar. Worn out desk chair with hunks of upholstery missing. Everything at breakfast is small—small cups for coffee and fake orange juice, tiny yogurt cups half the size of a normal yogurt, tiny muffins, tiny pancakes. No spoons or bowls for cereal or instant oatmeal. Front desk staff who speak broken English. Had to return our magnetic room keys twice, doors would not open.

There was a mouse in our room. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn’t give me one even though they billed me directly and not through the app. The attendant didn’t apologize for the problem.

Rooms are dirty. Cockaroaches in 2 of the rooms have pictures foe proof worst hotel ive stayes at staff doesnt keep the rooms clean in my opinion they need to either close the building down or remodle and new staff that do there job

Room and staff and amenities…. No phones in rooms, no alarm clock, doesn’t let you know on the amenities. Door was broken to go outside, no premium channels to watch TV. Etc I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here

This hotel was not clean. There was multiple stains on the furniture and sheets. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in quite a while. There were broken fixtures. The water pressure was a trickle. We also saw several bugs crawling on the floor.

The lobby looks just like the photo, clean and friendly. The rooms, though... whoa. We had 2 room,s and both couches were very stained, like they belonged in an outside garage. We flipped the cushions, and they were just as stained. The headboards were even stained (blood????). The fridge, microwave, and TVs didn't work. The outlets were loose, phone block wouldn't stayed plugged in to any of them. The breakfast: some packets of oatmeal, a few bananas and some coffee. Parking lot was safe and well lit. Check in / out was easy. Luckily, our group took it in good humor but we won't be back. Due to the car show this weekend, the rates were super high... very disappointed in how much we spent vs the quality we received.

they did not come and make up the room the second day that we were there and the swimming pool was closed and we were not aware of that until we got there. The service was good. The location was fine. The room was a little dirty, overall not bad.
