Do not stay here. Dirty. Roaches in rooms and used as transitional housing and did not disclose this information. I will be reporting and seeking compensation. I repeat, do not stay here.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Shame on Orbitz for allowing them to advertise with you. Three out of the five rooms had small roaches. Dog feces were found outside an elevator. It is also used as transitional housing and that information was not disclosed. No way to communicate from room to front desk as all phones were missing. Advertise breakfast. There was two apples. Did I mention they double charged us. I am appalled by this hotel and considering legal action and will be contacting the health department,

Check in was easy and we were able to check in early, and the check out process was really easy. One of the clerks came up to test the conjoining door to make sure it couldn't be opened from the other side. It was also the perfect distance from the highway. The emergency door on the first floor stairwell was propped open with a rock for our whole stay, and there was smoke smell from it. There was mold on our air unit where the air blows out, and there was a live roach on the side of the pancake batter container in the dining room.

Had no washcloth or hand towel. tile repair not professional - bumped up 3 tiles in front of sink. I wouldn't put my foot in bathtub. It had black lines and a red stain. Paint on tiles and headboard. painting was not professionals. Didn't say when breakfast was beginning and ending.

I had left the room to go to my car and when I came back food was thrown away, my charger was stolen and I got it back when I had went to the front desk but at first the girl that took it tried to play stupid about it. Don’t recommend this place to anyone, doors are broken and lights not working throughout the building.

Ehhh

I mean if you needed a room to stay warm and dry it’s doable. The ceiling had obvious signs of damage that needs repair, the mattress was old and lumpy and you could feel and hear every spring. It’s a non smoking hotel but smells like cigarettes and weed. The continental breakfast was a couple pieces of bread, yogurt, and I think cereal, but they at least had coffee. The pool was closed. The customer service was nice. It is in need of repair and if there was another option we probably would have moved, but nevertheless it’s a place to lay your head.

Meth motel is an understatement. Desk worker walked into my room unannounced. I highly recommend you pick any other hotel in the area.
