Check in took too long.

Overall, it was ok. The only issue is that the front desk didn't have my information from hotels.com and asked me for a lot of different documents, including RG and CPF (Brazilian documents) which they don't have. It took about 30 mins to check in, too much after a long day.

O Hotel é excelente, muito bem localizado, estacionamento cobrado a parte 28,00. Cafe da manha muito bom, funcionarios simpático e prestativos e o quarto peqyeno porem funcional. Pontos fortes - localização -cafe da manha -custo beneficio Pontos fracos -elevador um pouco demorado.

Bom custo beneficio. O quarto tem uma infra estrutura bem simples, não tem cofre, a voltagem padrão é 220 , mas me forneceram um adaptador de voltagem. O Staff do local é simpatico e prestativo. A localização é excelente podendo ir a pontos turísticos a pé como o mercadão de maringá. E ter um shopping logo ao lado do hotel tambem facilita em muita coisa. recomendo
