As well as stylish, high-quality furnishings, you’ll find amenities such as a well-equipped gym, sauna, smart TVs, PlayStation 4 and table tennis.



A highlight of the house is the outdoor area with a private pool, where you can spend relaxing days soaking up the sun and swimming. With four balconies and two terraces, you’ll always find a spot to unwind with a cold drink or a good book. By arrangement with the owner, you can use a traditional Dalmatian tavern (a room with a dining area, kitchen and fireplace).



Just 200 metres from the house is a pebble beach, where you can spend long days by the water. Active holidaymakers can explore the area on the mountain bike trail, or play tennis, pétanque or golf. Trogir is just a short drive away.
