Great location & lovely property

After some brief initial trials locating the villa in the dark, we absolutely enjoyed our brief stay at Familie Fuchs. We took a cab from the airport, and in spite of having the address and directions from the hosts (and some confusing details from Google Maps at the very end), we needed a little help from a very kind neighbor who led us to the villa. My husband and I were traveling with 5 family members, so we were very well setup on the bottom floor of the villa with 3 bedrooms and 4 beds. The rooms were tidy and it was very easy to come and go from the villa. Wonderful restaurants, the marina, and grocery stores were a short and pleasant walk away. We took advantage of the swimming pool and had a nice breakfast on the back patio. Our upstairs neighbors were very respectful and quiet. We could not have asked for an easier or more lovely experience on our first night in Croatia.

Great location.

The location of this property was great as it is in a smaller village. The pool was refreshing for our children and the unit was spacious. We were disappointed that the unit was advertised as a non-smoking unit but it was obvious that someone had smoked heavily in one of the bedrooms.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Marina

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, groß und modern eingerichtet. An der ein oder anderen Stelle könnte die Wohnung etwas neuen Putz vertragen. Aber die Wohnung bekommt von uns trotzdem alle Sterne:-) Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und auch die Umgebung und die Strände von Marina sind top und nicht zu vergessen Essen kann man dort auch sehr gut. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße

Gute Lage, gut geschnittene Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung.

Das Haus Orleander ist gut gelegen, etwas abseits des Zentrums von Marina, aber so, dass man alles Recht zügig zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Erdgeschosswohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, mit ausreichend Platz. Ein von einander separat gehaltenes Bad und Toilette, 3 Schlafzimmer, Wohn-Esszimmer und die Küche. Dazu noch die großzügige Terrasse mit direktem Zugang zum Pool. Die zur Wohnung gehörende Wäschespinne im Garten empfanden wir neben den Fliegengittern als sehr positiv. Gut, die Wohnung könnte an manchen Stellen ein wenig Spachtelmasse und ein bis zwei Pinselstriche Farbe betragen, und auch die vorhandenen Möbel haben schon ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich, was uns jetzt nicht unbedingt störte. Wir hatten hier eine schöne Zeit.

Hyggelig lejlighed / pool område

Lejlighed kan være svær at finde i bjergområdet - lækkert lejlighed og værtinden meget hjælpsom - ligger tæt ved købmand og strand og spiseområde.. Området ligger i en lille forstad til split - så man er væk fra trafik og andre turister.. Området har ikke div indkøbs center - hvis man er til shopping så er City i Split man skal tage hen til... Vi var 7 personer ud og spise hver aften og med drikkevare kom vi af med 400-500kr...

Schöner Urlaub - Wohnungen etwas abgewohnt

Wir haben 10 schöne Urlaubstage in der Villa Olleander verbracht. Das Örtchen Marina liegt schön ruhig und innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist man am wirklich tollen Strand. Wir hatten mit Freunden die Wohnung 1 + 4 gebucht. Hier ist anzumerken, dass die Wohnungen bereits etwas abgewohnt sind und dringen mal einen neuen Anstrich, bzw. in Wohnung 4 ein neues Sofa benötigen. Der Poolbereich war sehr schön - auch in den Küchen hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Super Haus mit einem wirklich wunderschönen Pool

Wir waren zwei Wochen im Juli in diesem schönen Haus mit dem klasse Pool. Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Haus Ausstattung ist top. Direkte Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus vorhanden. Kein Durchgangsverkehr und zu Fuß in fünf Minuten im Zentrum. Der Ort Marina ist wirklich schön und nicht überlaufen. Der Strand ist super und sauber. Nächstes Jahr gerne wieder.

Es ist vieles in dieser Ferienwohnung verbesserungswürdig, besonders die Steckdose beim Fernseher!

Meine Freundinnen und ich würden nicht noch einmal dieses Appartment mieten wollen!! Das sagt ja wohl ALLES.....

des vacances reposantes

nous avons eu une mauvaise surprise en arrivant puisque l'appartement que nous avions réservé (3 chambres) était déjà occupé et on nous avait affecté un autre appartement de 2 chambres. Il semblerait qu'il y ait eu un problème entre différentes centrales de réservations de ce collectif. Heureusement nous avions assez de couchage dans le logement de 2 chambres et nous avons trouvé un arrangement avec la responsable sur place pour accéder aux commodités qu'il nous manquait (machine à laver,...). De plus le propriétaire nous a remboursé de la différence de location durant notre séjour. Une fois ce désagrément passé nous avons pu profiter pleinement de cette location, l'immeuble est récent, bien tenu et les matériaux sont de qualités. La piscine privée est fortement appréciable dans cette région ensoleillé. L'accès à la plage de Marina est aisé (5 min à pieds) ainsi qu'aux principaux commerces (1 supermarché, 2 superettes, 1 boulangerie, 1 marché de fruits et légumes, ....). Marina est bien situé pour découvrir la Dalmatie puisque Split et Sibenik sont à moins d'une heure en voiture. Un petit bémol concernant le matériel pour cuisiner qui est un peu succinct à notre goût ainsi que l'absence de placards pour ranger les aliments dans la cuisine.
