This 3-room villa is located in a quiet environment near town of Marina on Trogir Riviera.
The guest area is situated on the first floor of the house and has three double rooms and a living room that can easily accommodate extra two people. Ground floor of the house is empty and is still not ready to use. Guests will be alone at the property. Best feature of the house is a large outside area behind the house with a newly built pool, combined with a large dinning and BBQ area.
Guests will have an independent entrance, their own key and the whole house for themselves. I will welcome you on your arrival, but after that, you will have your complete privacy because I won´t be present at the listing during your stay.
I will try to be as helpful as I can, by providing you all the information and services that you will need for a pleasant staying. If there is anything you want to know I will be glad to answer it for you.

So stellt man sich Urlaub vor
Schöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit Pool. Man kann dort den Abend schön ausklingen lassen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist wunderbar. Er war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wenn man entspannen und die Ruhe genießen will, dann ist man hier genau richtig.
