Grottenschlecht und nicht empfehlenswert

Nachdem wir die Ferienwohnung, die in der Fe-Wo App als "verfügbar" für unsere Familie füe den sommerurlaub 2025 gebucht haben, bekammen wir 1 Minute später eine Nachricht vom Gastgeber, dass, ACHTUNG: Diese Ferienwohnung nicht verfügbar ist. Schock und viele Fragen unsererseits, die wir den Gastgeber per Chat fragen und leider hat er auf unsere darauffolgenden Fragen einfach NICHT REAGIERT... von einer auf die andere Minute...OKAY, wir wenden uns an Fe-Wo Kundensupport und auf der anderen Seite befindet sich nur ein virtueller Assistent, denn die Fe-Wo Mitarbeiter sind unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer NICHT ZU ERREICHEN, einfach aus... Das Geld wurde xa. 3 Tage später selbstverständlich trotzdem abgebucht und wir haben keine andere Möglichkeit gesehen, als uns dieses wiederzuholen von unserer Bank. Wenn es sein muss, gehen wir vor Gericht. Wir sind sprachlos, dass heute nach den Aufenthalt gefragt wurde, wir haben auf diesen Moment gewartet. Wir wurden einfach von allen Verantwortlichen hängen gelassen, es kümmert sich einfach keiner... Fe-Wo bekommt man NICHT erreicht un der Gastgeber ist vom Erdboden verschluckt... Er hat nur eine Nachricht per Chat dagelassen und es nie storniert o.ä. und es läuft über fe-wo einfach als "gebucht" UND die von Fe-Wo können kein deutsch und das Beste, die Fe-Wo Telefonnumer, die auf der offiziellen Internetseite steht, ist einfach 24 h aus... also das ist mal ein grottenschlechter Service vom GASTGEBER und von FEWO.
