Spacious and clean accommodation

Easy to find, plenty of parking and in a quiet location. The building is shared between it's elderly residents and paying guests. Keys to the rooms were in named envelopes on the front desk. Spacious, clean room with balcony and well equipped kitchen area.

Very happy with our stay.

This is a apartment with a small kitchenette. We were on ground floor with own outside door to small patio overlooking laid out grass area. Great for our 2 little dogs. Nice park next to building for walking dogs. Had a settee and tv. Staff pleasant and friendly. Wifi very good. Unfortunately plates in cupboard had not been washed from previous occupants or l would have given perfect score. Charged 7 euros for dogs.

Rien Ă  redire concernant la taille des appartements et la qualitĂ© de la literie, en revanche cela manque clairement de professionnalisme pour l'accueil tardif. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© reçu non pas par une veilleuse de nuit mais pas une agent d'entretien, qui voulait absolument que l'on rĂšgle les petits dĂ©jeuners lors de notre arrivĂ©e Ă  23h (aprĂšs 12h de route), et qui nous a lĂąchĂ© un "Vous avez pas des espĂšces sinon ?" car visiblement personne ne lui avait expliquĂ© les quelques manipulations requises pour le terminal de paiement par carte... Frigo non mis en route dans la chambre Ă©galement. Si l'on comprend qu'il soit Ă©teint lorsque la chambre est inoccupĂ©e, il paraitrait tout de mĂȘme normal de tourner le thermostat pour qu'il soit un minimum froid lorsque les gens arrivent.

2e fois que je viens. Cette fois un petit studio avec 1 lit simple et un seul oreilner tout plat. Dommage. Par contre tres propre, calme et correctement equipé. Bemol : quand a votre arrivé on vous dit a gauche apres la receptipn prenez a droite. Ils m'ont fait le coup a chaque fois. En plus, numeros des chambres ne sont pas dans l'odre. C'es tun pue dure de s'y retroyber

Le concept est original! Un "appart' hÎtel" au sein d'une résidence pour personnes ùgées. Beaux studios bien lumineux, vastes et confortables, avec une petite terrasse. Le secteur est trÚs calme, aucun problÚme de stationnement. Le GPS est indispensable pour trouver la résidence, particuliÚrement bien cachée. Seul le petit déj, un peu basique, laisse à désirer.

Simple mais parfait comme d’habitude.

Je loge rĂ©guliĂšrement dans cet hĂ©bergement lors de mes dĂ©placements professionnels Ă  Moulins. C’est atypique et agrĂ©able de ne pas ĂȘtre dans un hĂŽtel anonyme. PossibilitĂ© d’échanger avec les adhĂ©rents. Studio au Rez de chaussĂ©e, qui donne sur les champs, simple calme et propre. Il manque juste un ventilateur en cet pĂ©riode de canicule. Mais la Chambre Ă©tait Ă  25 au plus fort, donc supportable.

Nous avons passĂ© une nuit dans cet Ă©tablissement, qui se trouve en rĂ©alitĂ© au sein d’une rĂ©sidence accueillant Ă©galement des personnes ĂągĂ©es. Ce point n’était pas mentionnĂ© dans la description, et il me semble important de le prĂ©ciser, car cela peut ne pas convenir Ă  tout le monde, mĂȘme si le concept en lui-mĂȘme est tout Ă  fait respectable. Les parties communes, notamment les couloirs, rappellent davantage un Ă©tablissement mĂ©dicalisĂ©, autant dans l'amĂ©nagement que dans l’odeur ambiante. Cela crĂ©e une atmosphĂšre particuliĂšre qui peut surprendre. Concernant la chambre : elle Ă©tait spacieuse et propre, ce qui est un bon point. En revanche, la literie manquait de confort et il faisait beaucoup trop chaud pendant la nuit, ce qui a affectĂ© la qualitĂ© du sommeil. En rĂ©sumĂ©, c’est un lieu qui peut convenir pour une halte rapide, mais il est essentiel que les spĂ©cificitĂ©s de l’établissement soient mieux indiquĂ©es dans l’annonce.

Passable pour une nuit - propreté à revoir

Nous avons passĂ© une nuit dans cet Ă©tablissement. Que les appartements fassent partie d’un EHPAD ne nous pose aucun souci, mais ça serait agrĂ©able de le savoir dĂšs la rĂ©servation et ne pas le dĂ©couvrir dans les avis laissĂ©s par d’autres clients. Ce qui nous a posĂ© un rĂ©el problĂšme est la (non) propretĂ©. La salle de bains n’était pas propre, beaucoup de cheveux par terre, Ă  l’endroit de la douche (d’ailleurs, il n’y a pas de cabine de douche). Nos chaussures colaient au sol (dans le couloir, comme dans la chambre). Le lit n’était pas confortable et les oreillers « fatiguĂ©s ».
