We absolutely loved our stay here and didn’t want to come home. Like many other guests we were staying as a family group, visiting relatives in Marigliano so it was a great base. It would also make a fantastic stopping off point for anyone driving through Italy, away from the more touristy parts of Naples. Hotel, grounds and pools are absolutely stunning and so well maintained. I don’t think the staff ever stopped working to keep everything looking perfect. Staff were so warm and helpful and we felt well looked after. Breakfast was very generous and the bar reasonably priced with a good selection of brands. We particularly enjoyed the wine selection. Shuttle was €80 into Naples and a non hotel taxi €50 -€70 to the airport

If you aren't Italian, please keep scrolling. This hotel pretends it is in the center of Rome but is 20 minutes from Naples and 30 minutes from Pompeii.

Last minute plan and found great hotel. From street looks ok but it goes way back to beautiful grounds and buildings. Large beautiful room great helpful staffwentoutof way to meet all needs stayed here to be near palace of caserta unfortunately closed on Tuesday. Got a late checkout until 4 no charge. Late flight. Good restaurant nearby

There were 6 of us traveling together and the hotel was very nice except that our stay coincided with a national biking tour which put a damper on our Sorrento site seeing.

If you want an authentic "Italy experience" away from the frantic pace and the less than stellar condition of "name brand" hotels around Naples airport, then Casal dell'Angelo is the only choice. I spent a week with them just recently and they get a 10 out of 10....The staff is amazing and super friendly, the restaurant serves amazing food (much of it is made from scratch onsite) and the condition of the property is incredible.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti presso questo hotel che dall'esterno sembra carino ma all'interno tutto sembra un po' datato. All'arrivo in camera mancavano gli asciugamani e il personale ha posto subito rimedio a questa mancanza. Dopo la prima notte di soggiorno faccio notare che la rubinetteria è difficile da aprire è come se i rubinetti fossero incrostati, hanno detto che sarebbero intervenuti, ma nulla. Dopo la seconda notte faccio notare che lo scarico della doccia è parzialmente otturato e che l'acqua fa fatica a scendere, anche lì mi assicurano di un pronto intervento, ma nulla. La nostra ultima notte di permanenza poi si è raggiunto l'apice. Ritorniamo in camera dopo una giornata passata fuori e troviamo la stanza esattamente come l'avevamo lasciata, non erano state fatte le pulizie, non era stato rifatto il letto non erano stati sostituiti gli asciugamani sporchi. Non sicuramente un servizio da 4 stelle. Peccato.
