The BERG.WELT in the Erzgebirge – work in peace or simply relax

A postcard-like view over the holiday village of Pobershau in the Ore Mountains. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the three terraces, have a barbecue in the garden, and let the day end comfortably by the campfire. In summer, relax in the hammock and simply unwind. Highlights include the spacious beach volleyball court and the sauna in the house. In winter, both children and parents love the sledding ramp right in front of the Bergwelt and 40 km of cross-country ski trails.
The Bergwelt is suitable for up to six people, extra beds are available, and a baby cot is provided. 120 square meters of living space are spread over three floors. Enjoy cozy hours in the large living room with dining area and TV. Three bedrooms – one of them with an extra TV – a bathroom with bathtub, a sauna with shower, and a rustic kitchen leave nothing to be desired. All rooms have individual heating. A large tiled stove in the living room and a wood-burning stove on the ground floor create a romantic atmosphere. Dogs are welcome! Almost 2000 square meters of fenced property offer plenty of space to run and play. Disinfectants are provided. Each guest’s bed is freshly made, with one hand towel and one bath towel provided per person.
Guests have access to all rooms, including the carport, where all waste bins are located.
Garden with barbecue and sauna are included in the price. Bringing pets must be arranged with the hosts before arrival and is subject to a fee of €8 per day. The visitor’s tax is paid on site: adults €1 per day, children up to 16 years free, then €0.50 per day.
In winter, the nearby groomed trails lead through fairytale forests. Right in front of the Bergwelt begins one of the most beautiful hiking and climbing areas – the wild and romantic Schwarzwassertal valley with the excursion destination Katzenstein. In the immediate vicinity are also the RĂ€tzteich forest pool and the Wiesenbad and Warmbad thermal baths. Only three kilometers away is Aqua Marien, Saxony’s largest water park.

Das Haus ist schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Garten und die vielen Terrassen sind auch sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut betreut gefĂŒhlt. Die Lage in der NĂ€he vom Katzenstein ist auch mega.

In die Jahre gekommen , aber die Idee dahinter fanden wir nicht schlecht

Zuerst das positive: tolle Lage, tolles eingezĂ€untes GrundstĂŒck ( das pĂŒnktlich nach unserem Tagesausflug angefangen wurde zu mĂ€hen)und die Betten bequem. guter Kontakt im Vorfeld mit den Vermietern. Leider zum negativen :-( Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, auf der Terrasse und auf dem Balkon (niedriges GelĂ€nder)sind einige Bretter recht locker , ist zwar nicht so schlimm, aber unten schaut ein Nagel recht weit raus. Und das GelĂ€nder auf der Aussentreppe sieht zwar hĂŒbsch aus, aber ich es nur 1x am Anfang genutzt, da es nicht ganz so stabil ist. Die Couch ist mega unbequem, aber wir haben die Auflagen von draußen genutzt, so war ein relativ bequemes Sitzen möglich Das Haus mit 6 Mann zu bewohnen ist sicher möglich, aber nicht empfehlenswert. ( Das unten liegende Schlafzimmer, wo auch Sauna und Dusche ist hat unserer Meinung nach einen unangenehmen Geruch. Wir haben die Bodenklappen nach unten wĂ€hrend der SaunagĂ€nge geschlossen, damit der Geruch nicht so in das Wohnzimmer kam. Das angebotenen WLAN haben wir zwar ausprobiert , aber wir waren froh im Urlaub zu sein und es nicht nutzen zu mĂŒssen, da es nicht richtig funktionierte. Gerne wieder hier in die Gegend, aber nicht mehr hier .

Weihnachtsurlaub

Sehr schön gelegenes rustikales Haus. Es war alles vorhanden.Das Begehen der einzelnen Etagen ist durch die steilen und engen Treppen nichts fĂŒr Jeden. Die Betten im Untergeschoss sind wirklich komfortabel,im Obergeschoss muss man schauen welcher Liegekomfor einem zusagt.Eher weich oder etwas niedrig und hart.Fur jeden Schlaftyp ist etwas dabei. Was eher negativ zu bewerten ist ,das Sofa und der dazu gehörige Sessel.Fur kuschelige Fehrnsehabende sind die sehr ungemĂŒtlich und nicht optimal fĂŒr den RĂŒcken.. Der Rest war super,die Sauna war sehr erholsam,der Kachelofen machte die kalten Abende sehr kuschelig. Die Umgebung war super. Erzgebirge ist immer ein muss. Pobershau ist eine schöne Berggemeinde.

Schönes Wochenende im Erzgebirge

Wir haben 2 schöne NĂ€chte in einem speziellen Haus verbracht und der Beachvolleyballplatz wurde fleißig genutzt. Nur die qm-Zahl des GrundstĂŒcks war kleiner als angegeben, dennoch groß genug. Die Aussicht war super und die Umgebung hat zum Wandern eingeladen. Alles in allem hatten wir ein super Wochenende.

Es war ein wunderschönes we und wir konnten gut entspannen.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der Bergwelt. Die Terrasse mit Blick ins Tal, die Sauna und die bequemen Betten haben unseren Aufenthalt positiv beeinflusst. Allerdings glauben wir mit ein paar kleinen Reparaturen und Erneuerungen des Haushaltbestandes(Messer,GlĂ€ser...) wĂŒrden wir beim nĂ€chsten mal auch gern 5 Sterne vergeben;-) Vielen Dank Familie Steinert fĂŒr unsere schöne Auszeit in ihrem Haus!

In die Jahre gekommenes Feriendomizil mit schöner Lage

Positiv: Die Lage des Hauses ist schön und man hat von der Terrasse aus einen schönen Blick in das Tal. Auch fĂŒr AusflĂŒge wie z.B. zum Katzenstein und Schwarzwassertal bildet es einen guten Ausgangspunkt. Negativ: Das Haus an sich ist jedoch innen sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Man merkt, dass immer mal wieder etwas gemacht wurde, aber das reicht im Gesamten nicht. In der KĂŒche wackelt der Herd beim Kochen (nicht austariert) und die SpĂŒlmaschiene ist nicht fixiert, sodas man diese beim Öffnen immer mit raus zieht. Die restliche EinbaukĂŒche ist schon ziemlich alt und in die Jahre gekommen. Ansonsten gibt es ĂŒberall einfache Holzfenster, die sich teilweise nicht richtig öffnen lassen oder wie im Bad hat man dann gleich den Griff in der Hand. Im Wohnzimmer sind auch einige GegenstĂ€nde aus der Vor-Wende-Zeit genauso wie das Doppelbett im Obergeschoss. Hier kann man heutzutage wohl schon Anderes bei dem Preis erwarten. Auch der Fußboden mĂŒsste mal aufgearbeitet werden im Untergeschoss und der Mitteletage. Leider war auch im gesamten Haus nur der Sichtbereich geputzt. Man konnte viele Spinnweben entdecken und auch unter dem hochfußigem Betten im Untergeschoss oder der Couch mit hohen FĂŒĂŸen wurde nicht gereinigt und die Flusen flogen hier herum bei Bewegung. Auch im Außenbereich war es nicht sehr gepflegt, wie man an den verwitterten HĂ€ngematten oder dem Pflanzenbewuchs sehen konnte. Leider war das Haus aus unserer Sicht auch nicht fĂŒr Hunde geeignet, da die Treppen im Haus selber und auch vom Balkon runter klein und schmal sind. Alles in allem denke ich, dass der Preis fĂŒr die Art der Ausstattung nicht gerechtfertigt ist. Da hatten wir in dem Preissegment schon wesentlich bessere FerienhĂ€user.

Sehr schön

Wohnung wie beschrieben, alles war sehr schön. Eine sehr sehr gut ausgestattete FeWo, es war wirklich alles was man benötigt vorhanden. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat waren KleiderschrĂ€nke (wir waren mit vier Personen, fĂŒr einen Schrank). Allerdings waren Regale vorhanden in denen man alles verstauen konnte. Der Beachvolleyballplatz war total schön, wir konnten Lagerfeuer machen. Perfekt. Und, wie bereits oben erwĂ€hnt, es war alles da was man dafĂŒr brauchte. BĂ€lle, Holz, AnzĂŒnder etc. Auch Grillen wĂ€re möglich gewesen. Es ist selten bei einem Ferienhausaufenthalt (wir machen das 2x jĂ€hrlich), das man ausser seinen eigenen Lebensmitteln etwas dazu kaufen muss. Wirklich toll! Dazu die Umgebung, die auch wunderschön ist. Schön zum Wandern, zum Anschauen, zum Genießen. Die in der NĂ€he gelegene BergschĂ€nke war ebenfalls prima. Essen toll (eher Hausmannskost), sehr nette Wirtsleute, schöner Biergarten. War super. Dresden, Prag, Karslbad waren gut zu erreichen. Das Bad im RĂ€tzeteich haben wir genossen. Und zu guter letzt: der Vermieter ist seeehr nett. Rundum ein schöner Urlaub.
