The mansion "Villa Merlin" is a house built in the old English style, situated in a residence quarter on the edge of the historical city centre of Marianske Lazne. House, 3 storeys, built in 2006. In the resort, 100 m from the centre, in a central, quiet position, located by a road, in the countryside. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking on the premises. Shop, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Mariánské lázně, tržnice" 400 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, tennis 500 m, slopes 3 km. Please note: the photo is just an example. Additional accommodations can be booked. The southeast side is opened over the house terrace into one of the most beautiful portions of the historical spa park. The proprietor arrange gladly on demand of guests an attendance of cultural events, of cure treatment, of drinking cures, a visit in the swimming pool, at the golf or tennis court, in the riding school, trips into the environs as well as scenic flights.

Villa Merlin je naše jasná volba při každoroční cestě do Mariánských Lázní. Oceňujeme klidnou lokalitu a vlastní parking v areálu vily. Vybavení apartmánu vyhovuje i na delší pobyt. Spokojenost ve všech ohledech.

Die Ferienwohnung war gut , was mich ein bisschen gestört hat das sie keine Türen im Innenbereich hatte. Wenn jemand nachts aufstehen musste war der andere immer wach. Ansonsten war sie ok. Lg

Bel emplacement
L'appartement est très bien situé, en bordure d'un parc,très calme. L'aménagement est fonctionnel et esthétique. Le parking devant le studio est vraiment un plus. Nous avons regretté le manque de fenêtre dans la partie chambre du studio.
