Pros: The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, it was easy to park directly in front of my room, I didn't hear a lot of noise from neighboring rooms, it had a small fridge & microwave, and Starbucks and the Pilot station made it easy to get gas and coffee. Cons: The room I was in looked like it was falling apart. You could feel underneath the tub with the flooring was bowed up and they probably had a lot of water damage. I was nervous taking a shower in there and I refused to bathe my toddler in the bathtub because I was a little concerned we might fall through. It feels like the subfloor is completely rotted out from water damage. The floors were dirty in my daughter's feet were almost black within 15 minutes of running around barefooted on the floor. You could tell where there were holes in the wall that were barely patched, a couple of the handles on the dresser were broken off, the AC was loud when it was on, several of the wooden blinds were broken, and the security latch up top was loose to the point. If my daughter opened the door it wouldn't catch properly and she could escape. My sister stayed there one night and they charged her on top of me paying for the room with Expedia. I had to talk to them and Expedia twice before I could get someone to agree to refund me. Her room was in a lot better shape but she said the carpets were pretty dirty. Overall it's not a bad hotel but the room I was in severely needs to be remodeled because it's falling apart.

Staff was friendly. Room was dirty. Closet was a rod barely attached to the wall. Daylight showing under the door—this was a door to the outside! Milk for breakfast was sour. Didn’t eat anything else. There was a pan full of sausages. Made me wonder when that was cook then reheated. Will not stay there again. Cannot recommend.

All in all it was a good experience. The only negative comment I would make is the condition of the bathroom. The room we were assigned we found part of the ceiling was falling, no stopper for the tub, caulking of the toilet at the floor was done by a preschooler. Again, except for the bathroom it was very nice.

Good stay for a good value, Motel is older but in fairly good shape the bath tub could have used a little TLC but over all good. Bed was comfy. Only minor complaint was no in-room coffee pot.

This property is a mixed bag. Linens are clean and rooms do not stink of dog. Breakfast looked good and Nia, the front desk manager was outstanding. However, there are bugs, loads of German & Florida roaches. I’m a Florida native so palmetto bugs were no problem but the Germans were Ick. The price is right and I’ve certainly stayed in worse for a higher price. If you are the type of person who just wants clean sheets this is the place

They are rude the rooms are very dirty we found hair all in the bathroom and the shower pools the water and it goes over your ankles it doesn’t drain very well.No coffee maker in room if you book a Double rooms is just 2 full size tiny beds there is No hair dryer ,Not enough towels for the people in your reservation ,Walls are nasty,mold on ceiling ,Stained covers, they also come into your room while your not there.they was also doing what sounded like construction at 10:30 at night. They also do NOT include the dog fee in your booking. There is a 2 dog minimum and you pay per dog as well! Only nice thing was they did have a pool and the AC got super cold down to 61°

The front desk staff was incredible. Really helpful. I thought I was still in the eastern time zone and she told me when I checked in that I just want you to know that you are in the central time zone now. That piece of information probably saved my job.
