Visiting My English Cousins in Margate
My friends & I enjoyed our stay at the flat. We found the beds comfortable & the location ideal re: its proximity to the beach, restaurants & shops.
We appreciated having a washing machine to use and good cooking facilities too. We also found the flat comfortable.
Unfortunately, the plumbing in the shower & toilet were faulty &, as a result, proved quite time-consuming & frustrating to deal with. :-( The water didn’t drain during showers, & the difficulty re: flushing the toilet properly proved to be both frustrating & a real embarrassment at times. Although we were definitely warned about this in advance & informed that we’d have to use the “macerator” to solve the problem, it didn’t always work. I would have appreciated it if this particular issue had been completely resolved prior to our 5 day stay, in fairness. Otherwise, it was a lovely flat!
