The Green Room is a beautifully appointed, private, self contained King Suite in Margaret River. It is Ideally located in a sort after area just 7minutes from the busy town centre and 5 minutes from local beaches. Positioned on a well kept hectare property, The Green Room is surrounded by gardens, tall trees and open expanses attracting birds and wildlife for you to enjoy. The accomodation has been thoughtfully created to provide guests with a sense of privacy, comfort and seclusion. A wood screened courtyard with views of the tree tops and outdoor seating to enjoy, surrounds the suite. Inside is light and spacious with a comfortable king bed and quality linen. The room has a well equiped kitchenette complete with fridge and microwave as well as an ensuite bathroom. Enjoy satellite free to air TV and free wifi. Stay comfortable in this room all year round with ductless heating and electric blanket as well as air conditioning. Set on a beautiful property along with a main residence, it makes for the perfect quiet retreat away for couples or singles. Please note: this property is non-smoking inside and outside and unfortunately not suitable for infants or children. We look forward to hosting your stay in this beautiful part of Australia.

This unit was in a very quiet rural area with lots of privacy and a 10 minute drive into town. The beach is a short drive Too. The bed was comfy and the indoor plants added to the great feel if the property. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A great place to stay for visits to the Margaret River area, close but in a rural setting.The hosts are very nice and easy to communicate with if you have any issues or need some information.Parking is off road and very safe. We've stayed there twice and will be back.

Place was easy to find. Very central and easy to go to place all around Margaret River. Kitchen is fully equipped for ready meal heating or making raw food to eat. Nice bed and cool.The hosts Chelsea and Greg are always available and check in regularly. Thanks for a wonderful comfortable stay.

Perfect spot to relax and escape the city

Amazing spot close to everything but also away from the hussle and bussle. Owners very friendly and kindly checked on how our stay was going and if we needed anything. Would stay again!
