Dear Anonymous, I appreciate you taking the time to write about your recent experience during your stay with us. If my memory serves me correctly, "Terrible" was the same word you used to describe your day on check-in with us two days ago. We certainly don't get an introduction like that very often on greeting, but that's ok. Unfortunately any offer of assistance (luggage, parking, general assistance) to try and rectify your day was declined and I suppose we didn't want to pry further into your personal affairs, so any personal interaction with you was kept positive, albeit brief. I really was hoping that a bit of meandering through our picturesque Margaret River location would lift your spirits somewhat. We understand that you are going through a very difficult personal time and perhaps we should have made further enquiries into your well being. I trust you understand that branding us as "Terrible" in a public forum is not only harsh, but offends me personally as a hard working owner/manager, who aims to achieve the best outcome for our customers and takes pride in what we do every day. I can only hope this may be a bit of a misunderstanding or misrepresentation of our role in your experience with us, as I certainly have a very different memory of it. On a positive note, I would like to thank you for mentioning the convenience of our location and can only wish you all the best on your future travels with more positive and memorable experiences.
