The staff was friendly. The room was clean and recently remodeled, but there was a hole in the bathroom wall and the TV didn't work. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were small. Breakfast was decent. It was an impromptu place to stay to get to Carlsbad Cavern early the next morning. I wouldn't want to spend more than a night there

You can tell they care with their breakfast presentation. Great choices. All fresh. Biscuits were soft. Egg omelettes were great! Great job. Very thoughtful set up. Utensils available at both ends. Milk kept cold. 100% juices. Just needed some decaf choices to top it off! Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet on our side.
