House with WIFI 15 megs, monitored with rounds 24 hours, security with bars, with electronic gate, electric fence, external camera, alarm, garage for 6 popular cars, balcony with play area, pool, barbecue and shower. Living room TV, 2 electric showers, 1 refrigerator, 4 burner stove, microwave, sandwich maker, 1 household blender, 1 electric orange juicer, 1 water cooler, plus all the household items a home needs, 3 bedrooms / wardrobe, 1st bedroom with split air conditioner, a double box bed can put a mattress (3 people), 2nd bedroom w / a double bed plus a single bed and a treliche (4 people), 3rd bedroom one double bed plus one single bed (3 people) ,, 4 single reserve mattresses, 10 pillows, 2 rocking nets, 2 gas canisters, 2 carboys of mineral water. The house is 735 meters from Frances beach, where in a healthy walk of 10 to 15 minutes, you get to know the most beautiful beach of Alagoas, and have all the convenience needed for a quiet season.

The house is on a flat dirt road at a distance of 35 meters from the main avenue which is flat and paved towards the beach, where from the paved avenue to the beach give 700 meters, so from the front of the house to the beach are 735 meters (35 meters of mud road + 700 meters of asphalt = 735 meters).
