Marco Beach Ocean Suites

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) The hotel itself looks great from the outside, with a nice design and overall decent appearance. Unfortunately, the ongoing construction completely ruined the experience. Work started as early as 8:00 a.m., making it impossible to get proper rest or enjoy a relaxing morning. Aside from the noise issue, the stay was just “okay.” Nothing really stood out as exceptional, and for the price point, I expected more. Without the construction disturbance, this could have been a pleasant stay, but as it was, the constant disruption overshadowed everything else. Would only consider returning once the construction is finished.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mi experiencia en Marco Island Ocean Suites fue excelente de principio a fin. El servicio del personal fue impecable, siempre amables y atentos a cualquier detalle. El servicio de parking también merece una mención especial, ya que fueron muy serviciales y rápidos cada vez que lo necesité. Lo que más me gustó es que, ante cualquier duda o necesidad, siempre había alguien dispuesto a ayudarme, ya fuera para responder preguntas o dar indicaciones sobre lugares a los que quería ir. Realmente hicieron que mi estadía fuera cómoda, relajada y sin preocupaciones. Un lugar 100% recomendable para quienes buscan comodidad y un trato personalizado.

This is a great place we keep coming back. People are very friendly and place is great. Special thanks to Julio for making our stay more enjoyable. The only downside this time is the pool renovation that creates lots of noise from 9am to 6pm when you are vacationing.

The construction making so much noise. It was like water pipes shaking.We got there on a Friday and there was a terrible noise and finish until 6 pm and the next day on a Saturday they started working at 9:00 am. There is no view to the beach bc there is a building in front of the hotel that close the view.

This is supposed to be a 4 Star property. After checking in we were told the hotel had no beach chairs and the pool was closed. Very upset and disappointed!!

Property is located in a good location and rooms have expansive views of the gulf. Disappointed with the conditions of the property and lack of on site services. Always have to call customer service not located on the premises to address issues. Quality has gone down since our other previous stays.
