Built in 2017, entertain in this exquisitely finished home with a 2021 renovated chef's kitchen complete with a special-order blue Viking stove, Sub-Zero ...refrigerator, soapstone island, polished nickel Perrin & Rowe faucet, and a backsplash of Delft tiles imported from Holland. An oversized pantry and custom hand-painted wet bar complete the space. This home brings the best of privacy and gathering spaces with an open concept great room and dining area as well as a separate den with pocket doors overlooking the front porch. Beautiful home with lots of updates and perfect location!! My wife and I stayed for a long weekend getaway and everything was perfect including the pool, spa, and outdoor area with TV. The only thing I would request is for bicycles and a beach cooler to be provided. We ended up renting eBikes from Marco Fun for the week and were able to travel to the beach in 5 minutes. Highly recommend!!
