The holiday apartment is on the first floor of a residential building typical for the island of Elba, in the centre of Marciana, a medieval town in the hills. You can enjoy the nature surrounding the town, the peace and quiet, and relax totally, as time seems to go slowly here.



The apartment is ideal for four people. It is on two floors. The front door on the upper floor leads into the cosy and characteristic living room with a sitting corner with wicker furniture and a dining table and chairs. There are also a TV with a DVBT antenna and sound system with CD player. You go through an archway into the bedroom with a double bed (180 x 190cm), which is separated from the living room by a curtain. There is a kitchen unit in a niche, equipped with a induction cooktop, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffe machine and fridge-freezer. There is even a usable fireplace (firewood is available in local shops). Stairs lead to the lower floor with a bedroom with a bunk bed (each 90 x 190cm), a generous shower room and a practical storage room. The apartment does not have an Internet connection, nor air conditioning, but fans are available, as well as electric radiators.



There is a little balcony in front of the entrance, where you can hang laundry up. Cars can be parked on the public car park 200 metres away.



The holiday apartment is ideal for a seaside holiday, as the nearest beaches are about 3km away. There is a local grocery shop just 50 metres away. The nearest restaurant is within easy walking distance just 200 metres away. There is also Internet access 200 metres away.
