Located just 70 meters from the free and equipped white beach and 150 meters from a buoy field for mooring boats up to 12 metres. The studio apartment is equipped with heat pump air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and parking space. It is equipped with a French bed (queen size) and a queen size sofa bed; the bed is comfortable and the mattress is in expanded latex, the kitchen is fully equipped; the apartment has adopted waste recycling and composting.
