A lovely oasis

A relaxing stay in a well appointed apartment. Comfortable with air con. Sole use of the pool. Well equipped including BBQ. A couple of km to the beach and only a short drive to Pula and the airport. Our hosts were very kind and welcoming.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Haus der Familie Kvastek. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, aber es ist nun mal Herbst. Zwei Mal haben wir die Sauna genutzt. An den kalten Tagen könnte man prima mit der Klimaanlage heizen. Im kleinen Bad hat es leider aus dem Gulli gestunken, nach einer WhatsApp App waren sofort die Besitzer da um die Abflüsse zu reinigen. Umgebung sehr ruhig. Nah zum Meer und nach Pula, wo wir uns bei. Regen öfter aufgehalten haben. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Wir waren 6 Personen, 2 Erw. und 4 Kids. Das Ferienhaus ist mega ausgestattet, es mangelte an nix. Drei gleich große Schlafzimmer, offener Wohn- Essbereich, 2 Bäder, Sauna und Waschmaschine. Der beheizte Pool wurde gut von uns genutzt Matratzen und Poolnudel, Baketballkorb, Tischtennisplatte, Feld für Boccia, Außenküche mit Grill, Kühlmöglichkeit für die Außenküche...Wahnsinn! Die Sauberkeit wird sehr genau genommen, auch der Außenbereich war mega clean. Bei Anliegen gab es eine schnelle Rückmeldung. Wir danken für die herzliche Begrüßung, es war ein toller Familienurlaub.

Wir hatten in diesem traumhaften Haus 20 Wunderschöne Tage. Das Meer hatte noch 24 Grad (15.9.25- 5.10.25)und der beheizte Pool 27 Grad, einfach nur perfekt.Das Haus hatte alles zu bieten was man braucht, von Küche komplett eingerichtet bis Waschmaschine. Bettwäsche, die sogar gewechselt wurde und Handtücher, einfach alles was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Die Familie Kvastec war sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit.

Haus mit tollen Außenbereich

Wir hatten 6 sehr schöne Tage im Ferienhaus. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und waren zum Check in vor Ort und haben und alles gezeigt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sehr gut war, dass es zwei Kühlschränke gibt. Das absolute Highlight ist aber der außenbereich. Der Pool ist hervorragend und der feste Außengrill hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Insgesamt alles Top.

super Urlaubsdomizil für Familien

Wir hatten einen absolut traumhaften Urlaub! Das Haus ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen und ideal zum Entspannen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen – alles ist sehr gepflegt und hochwertig. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight: sehr schön angelegt und perfekt für eine erfrischende Abkühlung.Besonders praktisch fanden wir die kurzen Wege zum Einkaufen und zum Strand – alles war schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Vermieter, die jederzeit sehr freundlich waren und immer bemüht, schnell eine Lösung zu finden, falls wir Fragen oder Anliegen hatten.

Sehr nette Vermieter...den Aufenthalt haben wir genossen....herrlicher Garten und klasse Pool.....die Hunde konnten sich frei bewegen wie sie wollten da durch Mauern und Tor abgeschlossener Garten....die Räumlichkeiten des Hauses sind gut aufgeteilt und man kann es sich gemütlich machen.....grillen nach Herzenslust ist angesagt....gerne wieder!

Gerne wieder

Der Kontakt mit Familie Kvastek war sehr nett. Sie haben uns am Ferienhaus erwartet und uns alles erklärt. Außerdem haben wir eine Flasche Wein, Bier und Flips als Willkommensgeschenk erhalten. Der Wein war von einem Winzer Luftlinie ca. 50 m entfernt. Dort haben wir den ein oder anderen Wein eingekauft und den können wir guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Den Pool haben wir auf Anraten der Familie heizen lassen, was sich im Nachhinein als gute Entscheidung herausgestellt hatte, da wir nachts Temperaturen unter 15 Grad hatten. Das Grundstück ist mit zwei Toren gesichert. Auf dem Grundstück passen locker zwei Autos drauf. Das Haus selber ist schön und geräumig. Wir hatten genug Platz mit 4 Erwachsenen und drei Hunden. Die Hunde konnten draußen auch schön im Garten toben. Und von dort aus kann man schöne Spaziergänge mit Ihnen machen, auch bis zum Meer. Wir haben die Ruhe dort sehr genießen können. Alles in Allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub und vielleicht kommt man ja mal wieder.

Alles war super. Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Haus und Grundstück. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Ein kleines Geschenk gab es bei der Ankunft ebenso, was uns sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Vielen Dank.:-) Zum Strand ist es ebenfalls nicht weit. Es ist sehr schön dort und man kann dort sehr gut parken. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen..

Rundum erholt

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse, 5 min zu Fuß zum Bäcker (entlang der Dorfstr ohne Fußweg). Der Pool ist traumhaft schön, groß und wird regelmäßig von einer Firma gepflegt. Im hinteren Teil des Garten wurde die Rasenfläche durch helle Platten ersetzt, worauf ein Basketballkorb mit Ball und eine Tischtennisplatte mit Schlägern und Bällen auf gestellt wurden. Insgesamt stehen 6 Sonnenliegen inkl Auflagen/Sonnenschirmen/Beistelltischen auf zwei Seiten des Pools zur Verfügung, so dass man zu jeder Tageszeit sowohl in der Sonne, als auch im Schatten liegen kann. Am Außentisch befindet sich auch der Holzkohlegrill, eine kurze Küchenarbeitsplatte mit Steckdosen und ein Spülbecken mit Kaltwasseranschluss. Sehr praktisch! Sitzkissen gab es für die Holzbänke an diesem Tisch nicht, wir haben einfach die Kissen vom anderen Außentisch verwendet, das war auch ok. Das Haus ist von innen liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Die Küche ist klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. In allen 3 Schlafzimmern und dem Wohnbereich gibt es Klimaanlagen, die alle unabhängig von einander betrieben werden können. Im Hauswirtschaftsraum gibt es einen zweiten Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach und eine Waschmaschine. Die Vermieter sind super nett und kümmern sich um alles! Ob WLAN-Störung oder Wespennest an der Terrasse - What's-App geschrieben und keine 2 Std später war das Problem beseitigt! Zum Abschied bekamen wir noch lokale Spezialitäten geschenkt. Vielen Dank Fam. Kvastek!

Es war einfach traumhaft...

Wir waren im Mai in der wunderschönen Villa der Familie Kwastek zu Gast. Wir wurden so,so herzlich und freundlich von unseren Gastgebern empfangen! Die Tage dort waren für uns einfach herrlich. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt und bietet mehr als genügend Platz. Der großzügige Außenbereich mit dem tollen Pool war unser Highlight.😍(Wir haben den Pool gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis heizen lassen und das war für unsere 4Jährige genau richtig sonst wäre das Wasser im Mai vermutlich noch etwas zu kalt gewesen.) Das Grundstück ist vollständig umzäunt für unsere Hunde war es perfekt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder:)

Wir wurden von den Gastgebern sehr herzlich empfangen. Einen Begrüßungs Wein und Snacks standen für uns bereit. Das Haus ist sehr schön, gepflegt und sauber. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool sorgt zu jeder Zeit für tolle Abkühlung. Die Aussenküche läd zu tollen Grillabenden ein. Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir wurden herzlichst vor Ort mit einem Begrüßungsschnaps von Familie Kvastek empfangen. Ein kaltes Bier und eine Flasche Wein ließen uns in einen gemütlichen Urlaub starten. Einen herzlichen Dank nochmal an unsere lieben Vermieter dafür. Der Weinhändler in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft ist übrigens sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Kiste von diesem leckeren Wein wurde für daheim mitgenommen. Dank des großzügigen Grundstücks und der Einzäunung konnten sich unsere 3 Hunde frei bewegen. Der Pool hat eine sehr schöne sonnige Lage, die Liegen und auch den Freisitz zum Grillen haben wir sehr genossen. Neben dem Pool, gibt es eine Bocciabahn, eine Tischtennisplatte und einen Basketballkorb. Für Abwechslung und Bewegung ist in jeder Hinsicht gesorgt. Insektenschutzgitter gibt es leider nicht, jedoch ist das Haus mit vielen Mückensteckern ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation erfolgte unkompliziert per WhatsApp. Bereits im Vorfeld und dann auch vor Ort wurden unsere Fragen jederzeit und sehr zeitnah beantwortet. Familie Kvastek war sehr daran gelegen, dass es uns gut geht. Die Poolreinigung wurde uns mit einem Tag Vorlauf angekündigt, so dass man sich auf alles einstellen konnte. Unterm Strich ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Perfect Summer Holiday

Wir haben eine tolle, entspannte Familienurlaubswoche mit Hund genossen. Die Vermieter waren super nett, es war alles wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Tolles Haus

Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und bietet alles was man benötigt. Es fehlen nur Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Die Mückenplage ist am abend extrem. Mit mückenspray aber zu bewältigen. Und Fenster im Haus geschlossen halten. Pool und Garten sind top. Sehr nette Vermieter. Bootsausflug nicht mehr möglich wie in der Anzeige beworben. Gesundheitszustand des Vermieters lässt es nicht mehr zu.
