Holiday house with private pool in a peaceful area, village Rakalj

Charming semi – detached holiday house is located on the green spot at the end of the quiet village of Rakalj. The villa is surrounded by a spacious (2000m2) fenced garden with carefully maintained lawn and private swimming pool (27m2). House has been completely renovated where special attention is devoted to the preservation of traditional Istrian architecture and original interior design.
Because of its position, the house offers complete peace and a relaxing atmosphere. Swings, playground and trampoline are on disposal for the recreation. Outdoor space provides guests privacy and children security. It is perfect for get - together, barbecue parties or just relaxed book reading. Guests can enjoy leisure time on the covered shaded terrace. Pebble and rocky beach is only 1 km distance ( possible to go only by foot) walking distance. Beach reachable with car is at 2,5 km distance.
The interior of the villa is spacious and bright. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen with living room, all fully equipped for the comfortable stay for the bigger families or group of friends who want to enjoy vacation together.
The house is connected to another holiday home. They are located in an isolated area that can be reached via 1 kilometer of white road (macadam).

Schönes ruhiges Haus mit Pool

Alles in Ordnung, schöner Pool, Schatten am Pool, sauberes Haus, nette Vermieter, sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Strand ist zu Fuß 30 Minuten entfernt! Aber in der Umgebung sind sehr schöne Buchten mit dem Auto innerhalb 15-30 Minuten erreichbar.
