The beautiful Villa Ogradina is the perfect vacation home for a small group that prefers peace and quiet. The rooms are spread over 2 floors. On the first floor there is an open-plan living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a bathroom here to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Both bedrooms with comfortable double beds are located on the upper floor and both have their own bathroom.

The bedrooms also each have a terrace, so you can enjoy this wonderful view while you drink your morning coffee.

Die Villa Ogradina hält auf alle Fälle was die Bilder versprechen und entsprach genau dem was wir gesucht haben. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, wurden freundlich empfangen und begrüßt. Die Villa ist sauber, top ausgestattet und liegt ruhig. Zu verschiedenen, wunderschönen Buchten kann man innerhalb von 10 RADMinuten kommen; auch mit dem Auto ist das gut möglich. Die Gastgeber Paolo und Mirjana sind überaus hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend: sie haben uns sogar eines ihrer Räder zur Verfügung gestellt, da eines der unseren kaputt ging. Die Restaurantempfehlungen waren auch gut -- rundum ein schöner Urlaub. Gerne kommen wir bei Gelegenheit wieder. Danke

Die Villa ist traumhaft schön mit viel Platz für eine Familie, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter Mirjana und Paolo sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nachdem eines unserer Räder kaputt ging, haben sie uns ihres zur Verfügung gestellt. So waren viele Strände und Buchten ganz leicht und innerhalb von wenig Zeit zu erreichen. Auch die Restaurantempfehlungen waren gut. Wir haben die Zeit genossen- danke.

Angekommen wurden wir sehr herzlich vom Gastgeber begrüßt. Das Haus ein Traum wie auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Sehr modern ausgestattet. Besonders beeindruckt im Innenbereich waren wir von den Bädern mit den Regenduschen und den außergewöhnlichen Steinfliesen man sieht das sich die Gastgeber rundum Gedanken gemacht haben. Im Außenbereich ist das Highlight eindeutig der Pool, der mit seiner Temperatur sowie als auch mit seiner Größe beeindruckt. Die Kinder aber auch wir haben es sehr genossen. Dazu wollten wir noch erwähnen das der Ausblick vom Balkon auf Meer ein Genuss ist. Bei Fragen waren die Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und zögerten nicht. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit ☺️

Das Ferienhaus ist klasse, sehr geräumig und sauber und voll ausgestattet.

Das Ferienhaus ist klasse, sehr geräumig und sauber und voll ausgestattet. Die vielen Bäder sind super. Wir waren gerne hier und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Im großen Pool hatten wir mit unseren Kindern sehr viel Spaß, eine angenehme Abkühlung. Der Strand ist nahe, ca. 3km und mit dem Auto erreichbar, allerdings ist der Weg zum Strand am Ende etwas holprig. Der Weg lohnt sich aber, die Küste ist hier nämlich sehr schön, das Wasser türkisblau und recht warm. (Wir waren Ende Juni hier) Es sind auch nicht so viele Leute am Strand bzw. an der Steinküste. Auf den großen Felsen kann man gut liegen und das Wasser ist leicht zugänglich. Von einigen Felsen lässt es sich auch gut ins Wasser springen. Unser Highlight waren Delfine. Ein Traum. :-) Wir hatten die riesigen Tiere direkt in unserer Bucht am Sklisko Beach. Rund um Pula haben wir uns diverse Orte angeschaut, Medulin hat eine tolle Promenade und ist voller Touristen. Sehr sehr schön ist der Ort Rovinj, auch hier sind viele Leute, aber der Ort ist auch einmalig, die Kulisse ist beeindruckend, die Stadt hat Romantik und vieles mehr. War ein toller Urlaub, wir erinnern uns gern. Vielen Dank Paolo und Mirjana für den freundlichen Empfang und das tolle Haus und für die vielen Tipps!!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von unserer Gastgeberin begrüßt. Das Haus bietet wirklich alles was das Herz begehrt. Sehr beeindruckt waren wir von der Sauberkeit, und der Ausstattung! Es war wirklich alles vorhanden was man benötigt, und noch viel mehr. Der Aussenbereich mit Pool ist wunderschön und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Den Meerblick kann man auch in vollen Zügen genießen! Danke Marjana😘
