This spectacular property is located in the prestigious Guadalmina residential area, surrounded by nature and offering direct views of the golf course, just a 3-minute walk from the beach and some of the most renowned beach clubs in the area.

The villa offers the perfect combination of elegance, comfort, and privacy. It sits on a 770 m² plot with 250 m² of built space, distributed across four spacious en-suite bedrooms, an additional bathroom, two terraces, a large living room, a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spectacular private pool surrounded by a lush garden.

The décor has been carefully chosen, and large windows allow for abundant natural light while seamlessly connecting the interior with the outdoor surroundings. The main living area opens directly onto the terrace and the garden with pool, which is equipped with high-end outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors under the Costa del Sol sun.

On the upper floor, the villa features an exclusive chill-out terrace with sofas and a lounge area, perfect for unwinding in total privacy.

10 metres from major building site new hotel construction underway. Constant traffic with cement wagons blocking the lane. Three large cranes and pneumatic drills working all day along with dumper trucks and forklifts from 7.30am to 5.30pm. Workers shouting to each other constantly. Blood on the duvet cover and on one of the Easy Chairs. Ripped seats on a couple of upright chairs. Worker came in on one of the days while we were relaxing by the pool and dug up some pipe work that was to do with the pool. We weren't made aware of this in advance. We asked to be moved but the host didn't have another villa. They offered a full refund but we would have to find another property ourselves. We were already 4 days or so into our holiday. It has been a terrible and, for us, an expensive experience. This villa is not as the Vrbo description, the pictures on the site did not reflect the current condition of the property. Genteel gave a 20% refund but this did not compensate for such a dreadful stay and mis-representation by Vrbo on their site. It is not a Spectacular Villa as advertised.
