A super, 2 bedrooms 9th floor apartment in Block A of the Edificio Skol, with a terrace that gives an amazing view from the Marbella´s port. This lovely apartment is east facing with a great sea and park views. It is surrounded by bars, restaurants, public transport, supermarkets, etc., such that a car is not necessary.
There is a bright lounge / dining room with doors to the main terrace, fitted kitchen with serving hatch. And sofa-bed in the lounger for 2 people. 2 Bedrooms upstairs. The second bedroom with twin beds and the master one with marvellous seaviews upon big windows with twin beds. Plenty of wardrobe space and a completely bathroom upstairs with shower. The shower has a small step to go into it.
