House with pool near the beach

Artola & Friends is an ideal house to spend a few days of sun and relaxation with your family and friends, so you can enjoy your holidays in a cozy atmosphere.

The house is located on a plot of 1300m2 with private pool and capacity for seven people.

It consists of four rooms: three double rooms with access to the garden and terrace, and a smaller single room with its own bathroom.
The master bedroom also has a private bathroom, and a window overlooking the pool. The other two rooms share a bathroom.
They are designed in detail to make you feel at home: air conditioning and heating, high-end mattresses, premium cotton sheets and towels, double set of pillows and towels for the pool, as well as a hairdryer and heater for bathroom.

The kitchen is integrated into the spacious and bright living room.
It is fully equipped with toaster, coffee maker dolce gusto, Italian coffee maker, juicer, blender, blender, minipimer, oven, crockery, glassware and linens, so you can prepare a nice dinner in the garden or on the terrace.
Next to the kitchen there is a patio / clothesline with access to the private parking of the house.

The pool is saltwater, with shower and sun beds for the whole family. It also has a set of colored lights for the most daring
The large garden has a barbecue, a hammock for napping, goals and balls to play football with the little ones, and sports equipment for you to enjoy the sport also in your free time.
On the terrace you can spend unforgettable evenings, and meet in the living room or dining room.

The house is located in a wonderful and quiet enclave a few meters from the beach and next to the natural park Las dunas de Artola. From the house you can walk to the beach, enjoy long walks, and at sunset watch the sunset where you can see the African continent. There are several chiringuitos in the area where you can try the delicious dishes of our Spanish cuisine.

It is located 12km from the center of Marbella, 25 minutes from Malaga airport, and 35 minutes from the train station. Within a short drive you will find supermarkets, pharmacy (on foot), shopping centers, cinema, second-hand markets, water and amusement parks, and leisure activities for children such as the zoo or selwo.

If you are a golf lover this is your ideal home. The Costa del Sol, also known as the Costa del Golf, is a privileged place to practice this sport thanks to the mild climate that allows you to play almost every day of the year. Just 3km away is the Cabopino golf club with 18 holes, and within a radius of 10km there are other prestigious clubs: Santa Maria, Santa Clara, Calahonda, La Cala, Rio Real, or El Chaparral.

Artola & Friends one has a great location for you to do any excursion and go back to sleep at home. Mentioning only a few, you can visit the white villages of the interior such as Frigiliana, Mijas, Casares or Istan; the cities of Ronda and Antequera, the town of Marbella, or how not to spend a great day in the beautiful city of Malaga.

In Malaga you have plans for all tastes, from cultural visits to prestigious museums: Picasso Museum, Thyssen Museum, Customs, Pompidue, Automobile Museum, Crystal Museum, Arts Walk along Pier One and ride on the forgotten Calle Larios with a Wide variety of stores.
You can have lunch or dinner at any of the typical restaurants of Pedregalejo, and have some espetos at the beach.

You can also cheer up visiting the other Andalusian cities: Seville, Cordoba, Granada or Cádiz, without forgetting the spectacular beaches of Tarifa, Conil and Zahara. A good place for lovers of windsurfing, Kike surfing and tuna.
