Located in an excellent gated complex that includes 24 hour security, large swimming pool, green areas and parking spaces within the urbanization. The apartment consists of a dining room to the front with access to a comfortable terrace overlooking the gardens, the pool and the sea, a bedroom that can be built with a king or two twin beds, a full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and terrace facing south. It has central air conditioning and is very well equipped. It has a wi fi connection. Garage and storage room in the underground parking. A department both to enjoy a holiday and long seasons given its privileged location.
