OYO Rooms - accommodation in Marakkanam

The only plus point was the location in this property. I am a returning guest and came back here after a gap of 10 years and experienced a massive let down in terms of hotel services. My last experience was charming which made me book this hotel again but this time the experience was terrible. Service by the staff was late and not responsive most of the time. The bathroom was not clean, amenities were in bad state and quality and the food at the in house restaurants were overpriced looking at the service standard and staff efficiency. They are charging 5 star price for a 2 -3 star property. It’s very sad because the property has so much potential but lack proper management.

No breakfast.. no good hygiene, rooms were having fungus and walls were having water seepage, delayed and they skipped room cleaning service. Horrible experience and negligence staff.
