Serviços e Funcionários: Os serviços prestados e a cordialidade dos funcionários foram excelentes. Sempre atenciosos e prontos para ajudar, transmitindo confiança e simpatia durante toda a estadia. Limpeza: A limpeza merece destaque positivo. Os ambientes estavam sempre bem cuidados, organizados e higienizados, o que contribuiu bastante para o conforto. Buffet de Café da Manhã: O café da manhã, embora satisfatório, precisa de melhorias. O buffet é bastante repetitivo e poderia oferecer maior variedade de opções para tornar a experiência mais agradável e diferenciada. Acomodações: O quarto triplo é pequeno e poderia ter mais espaço para acomodar confortavelmente três pessoas. Além disso, as acomodações não possuem varanda, o que limita a sensação de amplitude e lazer dentro do quarto. Acesso à Praia: O sistema de pulseira para abertura do portão de acesso à praia é inconveniente. Caso o hóspede esqueça a pulseira, não consegue entrar e precisa caminhar cerca de 500 metros de volta ao quarto para buscá-la, o que torna a experiência frustrante. Conclusão Apesar de pontos fortes como a excelência nos serviços, funcionários e limpeza, o hotel tem aspectos que precisam ser aprimorados: maior variedade no café da manhã, quartos mais espaçosos e um sistema de acesso à praia mais prático.

Ótima pousada, não fica a beira mar mas é bem próxima da praia. Boa estrutura, piscinas, bar, restaurante e redes para descanso. Minha experiência foi péssima. No último dia de estadia ficamos sem água no quarto, das 18h às 12h do dia seguinte. Fizemos diversos contatos com a recepção e não foi resolvido o problema. Ao perguntar o que havia acontecido no momento do check-out, disseram que a água estava fraca porque estavam enchendo a piscina. Absurdo isso. Nunca mais voltarei.
