The property is beautiful and well maintained. Our room for the first night had a strong odor of mildew and mold. It thought that the room had probably just been closed up and that it would dissipate. It did not and we felt sick the next morning. The room also had a dehumidifier in it that the other rooms didn't indicating that management was aware of the problem. We emptied the dehumidifier 5 times in less than a day. We asked for another room which they gave us but we were not able to see it until after 6 pm. The room was a downgrade from the room that we had paid for as it didn't have the view that we had paid for. There was no compensation offered and we didn't pursue it because our stay had already been disrupted enough and didn't want more grief on our Valentine's stay.

Great hotel. I have stayed here multiple times and will return. The only comment I would make is them allowing non electric cars to park where the Tesla charging station is.

This hotel is very nice! Going to the room reminded me of staying in a castle with all the old stone walls. Very cool. The pool was nice and warm to swim in and quite big. Lots of chairs around the pools. You can actually start at the highest part of the pool and slide down into another part of the pool. We used the water taxi to take over to Barra which was great! We had our breakfast at the hotel which was included with our room. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety and the service was excellent! Some decor in the rooms could use a little touch up but otherwise the main common rooms were kept up pretty good.

A beautiful relaxing stay
A huge sprawling resort. It was not very occupied while we were there so services were limited although the services we received were great. We received a nice upgrade to a suite with an amazing view. The included breakfast was very tasty. If you're traveling without children don't miss the 'adults only' pool on the roof.
