THE HOUSE:
4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan living / dining area, library nook, side access for a boat or jet skis, garage with auto door, single carport, huge covered outdoor entertaining area in a lovely garden setting.

The four bedrooms sleep a total of 11 people. The master bedroom features a king bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. There are two queen rooms with built in wardrobes and a bunk room which sleeps five (2 bunks and a trundle bed).

The large main bathroom includes a bath, shower and toilet. A separate laundry houses front loading washing machine and dryer and has direct access to an outdoor clothesline. Laundry powder is included.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with all the utensils, pots, pans and knives you need. There is a fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine and milk frother, a 4 slice toaster and a sandwich press.

Your stay includes access to unlimited wifi, micro hifi (with Bluetooth) and a 65 inch TV hooked up with Netflix, Prime Video, Foxtel, ABC iView, SBS on Demand, YouTube, 9Now, 7Plus or connect your favourite streaming service directly from your phone through either chromecast or Airplay.

The outdoor area includes a 12 seat dining setting and a 6 burner gas barbecue for those relaxing alfresco dinners, breakfasts and lunches. There's a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, and a generous lawned garden that's fully enclosed, making it great for kids and for pets.

The garage, with internal access, is available for storing boards and bikes and holds one car. The driveway fits multiple cars and there is on-street parking as well.

Linen, towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and pantry basics are all included.

The Surfboard rack in the garage holds nine boards. A couple of boogie boards, bikes, scooters, beach toys are available for your use or bring your own from home.

THE LOCATION:
Manyana is known for relaxed getaways, surrounded by some of the most beautiful beaches and national parks that the South Coast is renowned for.

Less than 3 hours south of Sydney and 3 hours from Canberra, the pretty stretch of unspoilt natural coastline surrounding Manyana is home to numerous beaches and coves, which all feature secluded spots great for surfing, swimming, fishing and sunbathing.

Your house is a short stroll to Manyana and Inyadda beaches. Take a dip in the pristine waters of Manyana, Bendalong and Cunjurong Point beaches, watch as migratory whales and pods of dolphins cruise past the white sand beaches, and feed the stingrays at Washerwoman's Beach.

Manyana Beach is excellent for surfing, and there is easy access to Inyadda Beach and Cunjurong Point. Green Island at Cunjurong Point is a classic surfing spot with waves giving up to 50 metre rides with the occasional barrel in the right conditions.

Manyana is a 35-minute drive to Ulladulla, 30 to Mollymook and 20 to Milton where you will find all the supplies for your holiday with shopping centres, cinemas, pubs and clubs.

If you are coming from the north and want to get groceries and drinks on the way, Bomaderry or Nowra has everything you need. If you are travelling from the south, Ulladulla or Milton have you covered.

Woolworths online deliver daily to Manyana. There are small general stores at both Bendalong and Cunjurong Point for the essentials.
