The rooms have been updated and look nice. There was a mini kitchenette in our room, complete with a microwave. Unfortunately, the microwave hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The management staff was barely visible, and the lobby hardly inviting. However, the price and the location were why we chose it. I wanted to be close to downtown, and that was charming.

We had 3 rooms. In room 208 we hsve video and pictures of the roaches. In my room I slept with the lights on for fear of them coming out as I slept.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. Room service was approved but never occurred. Cleanliness issues: there were roaches, the bathtub had mold, and did not drain properly. I submitted a service call but nothing was fixed. I tried to shower anyhow which flooded the bathroom- guess the entire tub leaks. Safety concerns: I witnessed people openly smoking drugs from a glass pipe on the property, which made the hotel feel unsafe. People were outside all hours of the night smoking pot and drinking- being loud. The rooms smell moldy and the AC wasn’t able to properly cool. If I had not arrived so late at night, I would have left and stayed elsewhere. Overall, the hotel felt dirty, unsafe, and poorly maintained.
I had to run the water to get it warm enough to shower and then, the bathroom flooded.

First time we stayed, room was clean-up to date and put together-quiet even though there was a event going on in the banks, the second time we stayed (this stay) loud, dirty, room was falling apart, fire alarm was off the wall, guy was outside at 4 am revving his engine of a loud truck and beating on stuff with a hammer. Will not be back after that experience. Went to thr main office and they did nothing about my concerns!

We stayed for 7 days. The room looked nothing like the photos. Grey brick with a bed that sounded like it was breaking every time you sat on it. It looked and felt like a prison cell. This could be a great place if it was kept up. Our room was never once cleaned. I took out our own trash every day and we used the same towels for the entire week. And the flies, omg the flies.

My family and I have stayed here multiple times and we've always had a DECENTLY good stay... However, this time things were different!! There were unsavory individuals smoking and drinking alcohol outside, staring at my wife. The security chain was broken on our door, so we had to put luggage and furniture against it to make our daughter feel safe!! Not cool!!! 😳
