All of the staff was extremely helpful and kind, even when we didn't need house keeping they still knocked and asked if we just needed towels changed or coffee. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The mini fridge even had a freezer which was convenient. Breakfast was good and they always had coffee out in the hallway by the lobby for guests. It was only two floors, so not a crazy amount of traffic. All in all we had a very pleasant experience

Room smelt terrible, was dirty, and I woke up itching from head to toe. Bedding was stained and I believe infested with flees or bedbugs. Would not recommend.

The room had an odor that was very strong. The room was fairly clean, but very dated. There was not enough towels in the room or washcloths. The breakfast was virtually non existent. I did have a waffle and that was ok. The juice machine was broken, there was no milk or yogurt. The bananas were over ripe and the hot foods were not appetizing at all. Many people left without even eating and were very disappointed. The staff was the best part of the hotel.

You could tell that the staff there were very diligent about providing people with an enjoyable experiece. It isn't likely that I will ever be in the Ashland area again, but this is a place that I would go out of my way to stay at if I was.
