The home is located on 16 acres of lakefront farmland and just 10 minutes from Mansfield and 40 minutes from Mt Buller, enjoy a relaxing family getaway in this spacious home, ideal for up to three families - perfect for boating, fishing, kayaking and jet skiing (***lake levels vary, please check Goulburn- Murray Water before your stay*** ).
The home features 4 bedrooms (3 adult rooms upstairs & a large bunk room for children downstairs), 2 bathrooms with heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, two living areas, air conditioning/heating throughout, BBQ, outdoor fire pit (winter only, wood supplied), and stunning lake and mountain views. Admire the local wildlife, Scottish Highland cattle and alpacas while soaking up the peaceful High Country surrounds.
Please note:
● Family bookings only (maximum 3 families, 6 adults). No groups of adults.
● BYO sheets and towels (doonas & pillows provided).
● No Wi-Fi, laundry or pets.
● Plenty of parking for cars and boats.
● A caretaker’s residence is located approximately 300m away, with separate fencing for privacy.
● An unfenced dam is located approximately 250m from the house, making the property best suited to children over 5 who can swim.

With private lake access, breathtaking scenery and year-round activities including boating, snow trips, wineries, rail trails and mountain biking, this is the perfect High Country escape just two hours from Melbourne.

***Please ensure you leave the home in the same condition it was upon your arrival. Your cleaning fee does not cover extra cleaning, removal of food, washing of dishes, tidying, rubbish removal & cleaning of bbq, this would be an additional charge from your bond.
