The third floor was covered in animal urine and wasn’t clean for multiple days as we were there for a whole week. The odor and the carpet was so dirty that it was nauseating. You had to cover your nose and mouth exited the elevator and run to your door if you wanted to keep your lunch. For the staff to not address it and pretend it wasn’t a problem, speak to the poor management and lack of care at this hotel

There’s a reason this hotel is cheaper than all the others in the area. Hallways and rooms smell musty, halls are dark and the hall carpet looks like it's from the 90s. I had a room with a balcony facing the lobby (inside the building) and could here a group of people in the morning, and could here activity in the halls. I personally would not recommend this hotel until the completely renovate the building

Overall a great place for the price, staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The cons were that the sound traveled through the walls and any traffic in the hallway was loud and clear, the stairwell also smelled a bit rough. All said and done, it was a good stay.

Customer service was very good ,shuttle service to the Xfinity Center was Awesone but for the price paid for the stay was very overpriced for the condition of the hotel. Definately needs upgrading terrible musty, dirty smell in the Hallways,rugs very dirty ,walls very thin, very noisy. and we had to call down for a new coffee pot ,on my cell phone because the phone was not working properly,because our coffee pot didnt work.Definately Overpriced with not even a complimentary breakfast
