The room was clean, bed comfortable, plenty of towels, hall quiet. They have hot water for tea, and coffee in the lobby all the time. The major downside for us was there was no breakfast because the cook was absent. Although I would have been fine with cold cereal and toast. I couldn't take the bag breakfast due to a dairy allergy.

Breakfast...had no breakfast buffet as they were low staffing. They gave us an apple and bagel and water. And when i asked about being compensated they told me they giving me hilton honor points which do nothing for me since i use hotels.com for all my hotel reservation.

We were unable to control the heating /ac unit . It ran continously our whole stay. It was noisy and unreponsIve. It was a horrible noisy night . You might say we should have called the desk . After an eight hour drive just could not contend with maintenace issues. Also the handle on the toilet was shaky and needed valve work. Room 320 not.

The breakfast was great a very wide variety of choices. Parking is easy and close. Room was above what I expected. Bed was super comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful.
