Das Zimmer war sauber, auch wenn mir persönlich eine Dusche lieber gewesen wäre, als eine Badewanne. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen hervorragend und auch als etwas nicht so gemundet hatte, wurde es anstandslos ausgetauscht. Das Spa-Bereich ist, wenn das Hotel voll oder ziemlich voll ist, einfach zu klein geraten; da wird es mit den Liegen knapp.

Erholsamer, ruhiger Aufenthalt – sehr zu empfehlen! Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, sehr nettes Personal im ganzen Hotel von Rezeption über Bar, Restaurant bis zum Housekeeping. Abendessen à la carte, kleine feine Karte und sehr gut. Ist eine Reise wert! Wermutstropfen: das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, da und dort sieht man es – laut Info wird es bald renoviert. Der Fitnessraum (ein Laufband, ein Stepper, ein Fahrrad) ist etwas zu klein für die Größe des Hauses.

Stilvolles Hotel in schöner Lage

Gut gefallen: Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll und modern gestaltet, mit großen Zimmern mit viel Stauraum und einem sehr schönen Innen- und Außenpoolbereich, an den man sich sogar Getränke und kleine Snacks bestellen konnte. Es ist zwar nicht direkt in den Weinbergen gelegen, man sieht aber vom Hotel aus in die Natur und auf ein schönes Weinfeld. Das Frühstücksbuffet war schön angerichtet und sehr lecker. Das Personal im Restaurant und vom Zimmerservice war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Top Sauberkeit im ganzen Hotel. Weniger gefallen: Das Badezimmer ist nur durch eine Glaswand mit einem leicht durchsichtigen Vorhang vom Schlafzimmer getrennt, was leider keine Privatsphäre im Bad ermöglicht. Der Speisesaal war immer sehr gekühlt, und es gab trotz Corona eine Art Buffet, wo ich mir unbedingt Maskenpflicht gewünscht hätte, da nicht einmal der Sicherheitsabstand eingehalten werden konnte. Vegane Optionen und etwas mehr Abwechslung beim Frühstück wären noch toll gewesen. Uns wurde während des Aufenthalts einiges zu viel verrechnet, was beim Auschecken alles noch einmal überprüft und geändert werden musste.

Die Gäste sollten bei Ihrer Ankunft Verhaltensregeln für das Schwimmbad bekommen.Bei unserem Aufenthalt sind mehrere Gruppen von jungen Leuten im Schwimmbadbecken laut diskutierend,lachend, schreiend und alkoholtrinkend gestanden.Man kann hier nur die Flucht ergreifen.Sehr unangenehm.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön und auch vom Pool kann man die wunderschöne Umgebung genießen. Service und Sauberkeit Top. Frühstück exzellent. Restaurant: ein Koch versucht sich zu verwirklichen. Für die Gegend nicht gerade passend. Gulasch z.B. war ungenießbar. Spa und Hotel genießen, auswärts essen.

Alles sehr schön, nur unser Zimmer hatte Ausblick auf Parkplatz und Müllplatz, leider. Wie wissen nicht ob wir preislich so billig gebucht haben und deshalb das Zimmer bekommen haben. 220 € pro Zimmer und Nacht mit Frühstück ist unserer Meinung nicht so günstig!

Wir kennen die Steiermark freundlicher ...

Schon von Beginn an wart von Herzlichkeit und Wärme wenig zu spüren (und das im der sonnigen Südsteiermark). Liegt das an der Coolness der Ausstattung diese Design Hotels? Oder darf man/frau bei 4 Sterne Superior nicht mehr freundlich sein? Grüß Gott - Auf Wiedersehen - Bitte und Danke ist das Mindeste das man erwarten darf - unsere Kinder lernen dies bevor sie in die Schule kommen! Positiv zu erwähnen sei der Barman vom Dienstag Abend welcher freundlich umsichtig und bemüht zu Sache ging! Die Südsteiermark ist immer eine Reise wert, das Loisium leider nicht!

Toll gelegenes Hotel mit sehr guten Service

Frühstück, Wellness, Sauna und Pool hervorragend. Dazu kommt ein sehr guter Service, insbesondere beim Frühstück. Grosser Erholungswert. Auch die Vinothek ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind gross, vermitteln aber ein nicht hochwertiges Gefühl. So wackelte z.B. der Tisch. Der Balkon ist aber sehr angenehm. Ich werde aber auf jeden Fall das Hotel wieder in meinem Urlaub mit einbeziehen.

Peepshow wider willen

Ich denke, dass sich dort Menschen wohl fühlen werden, welche das Minimalistische lieben. Personen wie meine Gattin und ich lieben aber das gehobene. Es ist sicher nicht jederfraus/jedermanns Sache in einem nackten Stahlbetongebäude zu nächtigen. Am abscheulichsten empfand ich die Dusche. Man kommt sich vor, wie wenn man unfreiwillig eine Peepshow hinlegen müsste. Alles im Bad ist rund herum aus Glas - sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das einzig Gute war, dass mir niemand in das Zimmer sehen konnte, denn ich hatte einen wunderbaren Blick auf ein anderes hässliches Stahlbetongebäude. Ich vermute es war die Garage.

Weinhotel mit schönem Spa

Schönes Hotel mit angenehmen Spa. Nur das Zimmer ist sehr klinisch-steril. Beim Duschen zieht es von der Klimaanlage herunter, sodass man ziemlich frieren muss. Frühstück gut.
