The staff are very helpful and friendly. The best thing was the kind and very good breakfast staff. Who helped and welcomed my wife, baby and I with a warm smile each morning. Really helped my wife and baby feel at home. I have to give Maria a special mention. Each morning she made my wife and child feel most happy and enjoyed breakfast each morning with her. To help and always check on them very kindly during our family breakfast. We look very forward to staying there again next time when in Manila.

Room was great, very spacious and basically a one bedroom appartment with microwave, stovetop and laundry machine. Breakfast buffet was excellent and staff were great. The pool was great as well. Would definitely book here again!

Pros: you can invite friends and family in your room until 10pm. I had a great time with family. There’s gym, pool, restaurants, grocery, parking, mall, spa, etc. in the same building. Lots of resto outside by walking distance. Staff are so nice. Hotel lobby is beautiful and calming. The breakfast buffet is quality and delicious. The hotel and suites are luxurious. Way better in person compare to in person. My family were amazed and I was surprised cos it was beyond what I expected with the pictures. There washing machine and dryer for clothes in the unit which sets it apart from other hotels. That’s why I chose theirs. Cons: you have to ask for housekeeping everyday, it’s not automatic. They should offer options for dinner and supper because I would rather eat in their buffet than the restaurants outside. Their buffet has international dishes and items. It’s way better than food outside. Please make it an option to serve 3x buffet per day!! Delicious and worth the price! We were 4 in 2 beds app. There was kitchen, living room, 3 bathrooms and each room had a bathroom.

Ive had a very good experience. Special mention to Elvie ( or Pyang). She is very helpful and very accommodating. I just hope that the management would look at these people in dining (4th floor) an asset to their hospitality business. These people worked hard to give good impressions to their guest. I had always wanted to try Alpha Suites, as the spacious rooms looked appealing. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The place felt more like a worn-out modern apartment than a welcoming hotel. The bed was uncomfortably hard, the pillows were stiff, and the water never got truly hot just lukewarm. There was also an unpleasant odor in the corridor. It lacked the warmth and comfort expected from a high-end stay. Sadly, I won’t be returning

Overall the staff is very friendly. The rooms are very large. However a few things that we noticed was the cleaning of the rooms was very surface level. They never mopped or vacuumed. It was a quick clean. For pest control this needs to be done more frequently. The food in the breakfast for long term guests feels repetitive and recycled. The same food was showing up every day. Last issue was we needed to exchange 1000 pesos into smaller bills and they weren’t very helpful until we asked another staff member who did it. Overall the staff is very nice, the apartments are big.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, and had every amenity one could need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The pool area and gym were well-equipped and perfect for relaxation or a workout. With plenty of dining options within the hotel, everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this property twice over our 17 day trip. At the time of booking I didn’t realise I had booked different room types. The 2 bedroom deluxe room we booked with Expedia was a much more luxurious feel than the standard 2 bedroom room that we booked directly through the hotel. So I’d recommend and stay in the 2 bedroom deluxe again. The overall $200 price difference is definitely worth it. The property has decent restaurants around it but still took a Grab to get to Glorietta etc. we never dined in the hotels multiple restaurant offerings as found pricing a lil high.

Wow! Because I’m an Expedia Gold Member, we got upgraded to a deluxe suite, and it was fabulous! Our bedroom had floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides and the view was amazing. We had a circular shower, and we slept with the blinds open. The city lights at night made us feel so peaceful. This 2 bedroom suite was the best accommodation we’ve ever had in Manila, and the breakfast every morning was extensive and yummy.
