Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I NEVER GOT TO STAY AT THE PROPERTY BECAUSE OF THE OWNER. COMMUNICATION WAS LACKLUSTER. CANCELLED ON ME AFTER CHECK IN TIME. HAD TO LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT HOTEL.

Best View of NYE Fireworks

Love the high floor location and the view is priceless! We had the best fireworks show view facing Rockwell and the entire manila sky lit up with tons of amazing firework to see. However, the unit can use some TLC. It’s not well maintained. They have old AC units that should’ve been replaced/removed. Also, we didn't get any instructions during check in so we didn’t have wifi for the first day. The lobby doesn’t let you use their wifi. Apparently, you have to be a gold member to use their wifi. Overall, we loved the location and enjoyed our stay.
