It’s a nice hotel, but very very busy! Staff were friendly enough but seemed quite overwhelmed with the amount of guests, making it clearly more difficult for them to do their jobs. I have never had so much difficulty getting down the elevator to the lobby at checkout time.. there were lines on each floor and guests as well as staff were struggling to get all of the suitcases etc down the elevator in time for check out, catching rides to airport etc. pool was nice but a bit busy, to be expected. Not much nearby in walking distance ie stores and restaurants.
