Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The property was very nice . The room was a dump the Bed was dirty the bed sheet had dirt on them and blood stains . the couch too . The closet did not have a bar on it to hang my clothes .the clock in the room was broken . The doors on the closet doors were broken , the kitchen doors we broken. There were only two spoons and one forks one drinking glass and one coffee cup. The microwave was dirty the refrigerator did not work only the freeze worked . The chairs in the dinette were dirty. The shower doors were broke and the door to the shower were off the rails. The water backed up in the shower and they had the heat on low and was cold until I turned it up. One role of toilet paper and dirty floors . They never came two clean it once a week like they advertised and all we got was two small bottles of water for the 12 days I was there. 3 days before I left the tv wanted me to pay for Netflix with was so posed to be free. To say the least I was post off. I called down stairs the said call the owner I had no damn idea who owned it I thought it was owned buy the condo management company. It’s not advertised as one owner. How every there a employee at the front desk that should be managing the whole place .His name is Billy I believe and I would hire him in a heartbeat he’s the best employee you have. He was able in about two hours had my room fixed and cleaned. If you need them I have pictures and what ever Billy is get paid I would give him a raise.
